We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities it offered. The breakfast was excellent, and we both highly recommend staying here

Schöne Lage, Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gute Betten,hatten Tisch im Cervus reserviert, sind zum Tisch begleitet worden, 15 Min. später ! noch keine Speisekarte bekommen, sind wieder gegangen. In der Halali Bar war dann alles ok; schöne Frühstücksterrasse; Garage (für meinen Oldtimer) war leider geschlossen

Leider nicht wie gewünscht - vor allem da wir einen Aufpreis für Zimmer mit Garten View bezahlt haben - aber am Ende nur 2 Zimmer mit Blick auf das Nachbarhaus bekamen - der Blick war nicht schön. Morgens früh leider sehr laut auf dem Gang vom Service - Türen schlagen und viele Geräusche - gleiches leider auch im Ruheraum vom Saunabereich - es scheint niemand interessieren - auch war die Sauna nicht richtig warm. Insgesamt war es ein bisschen schade.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich und das Fitnessstudio war super ausgestattet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir kennen das Haus über Jahrzehnte, vieles hat sich verändert, im Prinzip hat alles gepasst, allerdings ist kein Unterschied zu einem Businesshotel weltweit. Sehr viel ist digitalisiert, als Zahn der Zeit. Somit ein Stueckweit unpersoenlich

All round 5 star experience

Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende verbracht. Alles war ausgezeichnet:das Zimmer war geräumig, das Personal tadellos und das Frühstück sehr gut. Der Pool und der Spa Bereich waren äußerst angenehm und erholsam.

Ein sehr tolles Hotel mit einem tollen Wellnessbereich. Der Gesamteindruck ist super und die Lage direkt am See hervorragend. Es gibt mehr als ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten welche für Hotelgäste kostenfrei sind. Auch das Personal war höflich und zuvorkommend. Da wir nur das Frühstücksbuffet hatten, können wir auch nur dieses bewerten. Hier gab es eine üppige Auswahl an Speisen, jedoch empfanden wir teilweise die Produkte als zu trocken oder qualitativ nicht so gut (Beispiel: zu trockener Kuchen, Industrierührei statt frischem, der Lachs war kaum genießbar). Nichtsdestotrotz würde uns dies vor einem wiederholten Besuch nicht hindern.

It was a good experience however I would not prefer to go there again. The staff was ok but did not see any smiles. We went there with two families and everyone had the same thoughts that we almost felt unwelcomed. Special thanks to Mariene, Dianne and Elvis at the restaurant for their oustanding hospitality.

Soggiorno piacevole ma assolutamente non all’altezza del nome, delle stelle e quanto promesso. Il personale spesso fatica a parlare inglese, inconcepibile per un resort di questo livello. La mezza pensione prevede arrivo al ristorante tra le 6 e le 7, pena sentirsi dire, quando si arriva alle 7.01 (giuro!) “you are late”

This stuffs are not dedicated

Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. The classic decoration and the old Austrian style was impressive but at the same time you could easily identify how well maintained this hotel is up to detail. The room was beautiful, spotless and big enough. We had breakfast pre booked and it had great selection of breakfast including freshly baked Austrian Christmas cookies. The Christmas dinner was up to Michelin star level! Super delicious. The staff were so friendly but also very professional and I can’t comment enough the person that cleaned our room as for two nights they even polished the bath and cleaned behind the bed and that explains how spotless the hotel was. Diana and Doti at the breakfast made us feel so warm on Christmas like we were with family! The swimming pool was warm enough and also very clean. The windows around the pool offer beautiful views! There was play area that our little one enjoyed as there is plenty of space and activities and games to keep kids busy. Our son was also offered a sledge to ride as it had quite a lot of snow when we visited. The location is a plus also. The only thing negative for us was that on Christmas Day we would expect a bit more festive atmosphere at the dinner.
