La Habitaciónes y el baño están un poco descuidadas

En general bien. El lugar un poquito deteriorado. El 90% del personal con buena actitud y buena atención.

Everything was ok.

Not bad for the money! We definitely had a good time but be prepared to stand in lines for food and drinks. Pools were very nice and the location on the beach was very pretty. There is a nice pier you can walk out on as well.

The food and exterior is fine but the hotel shows the ages on it.

The exterior and Food is good, but the room has a condensation issue, this is not good and makes the room and the hotel to show the ages

The evening show was great. There were a lot of choices with the food. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were limited washrooms and one was closed most days. The pool smelled like pee. Renovations outside our room for the duration of our stay were noisy and dirty. WiFi is slow and all amenities info is online, so access to the needed information was lacking.

The room was implacable and all staff have been extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. The food was varied and very nice every day. Good list of cocktails and the bar staff would also happily give you something that is not on the list or make all the twists you asked for, and they would remember you even though the resort was very busy. Didn’t use the parking so cannot comment on that. We had a perfect 8 night stay and would very happily return to the resort.
