Lovely hotel in Lucca. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca.

Ótima experiência no Hotel Ilaria, em Lucca. Hotel muito bom, funcionários prestativos e um charme especial, totalmente alinhado com o clima da cidade. O único ponto negativo é o estacionamento: as informações não são claras e, no nosso caso, não estava disponível, o que nos obrigou a estacionar um pouco distante. Ainda assim, recomendo a estadia.

Me gustaria destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de la Sra. ILARIA, no empezamos la estacia de la mejor manera pero lo supo solucionar y se preocupó que estuviéramos bien y a gusto. El desayuno muy bueno la limpieza OK. Bicis gratuitas.

This is an outstanding hotel in every way. The location, just inside the city wall, is perfect. Rooms were comfortable. Excellent breakfast and onsite parking was a plus.

I had to modify my itinerary completely as soon I arrived at this hotel. False advertisement: the room they assigned to me was on a tower that was not even connected to the hotel. To enter that building we had to leave the main building and go across the street, they even had to guide us to get there. To enter you have to input a code and the room was next to that buzzing door we were not able to sleep with the buzzing all night and the scent of the towels and linens was very strong and gave me allergies.They also advertise free breakfast we went at 7:45 there was no breakfast not even water. Terrible experience.

Clean room, nice staff, great breakfast and cafe for snacks. Loved my stay. There are some hotels a little closer to the city centre but I would stay here again, for sure.

Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. Our room was fabulous. So beautifully decorated. Bed was so comfortable. Had everything we could possibly need. Loved the Spritz Bar and snacks. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had. Beautiful glass room. We usually stay in an Airbnb when traveling to Lucca. Now we will stay here every time.

The team at hotel Ilaria is wonderful. They are incredibly accommodating and warm. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to dining services to housekeeping; went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was beautiful and spotless. We will not hesitate to return.

Ótima localização.

We are from Scotland and stayed here a week from 8th November. Excellent hotel. Lovely facilities and fantastic quality. Lovely room ( although we would have preferred to be in the main building than the tower), extremely comfortable bed and all facilities first class. The hotel is excellently positioned for exploring Lucca and reaching the train station to wider explore Tuscany.Staff were all exceptional - breakfast ladies deserve a special mention, they were all lovely and very efficient -as do all the reception staff who likewise were very helpful and always willing and available to assist. We were very impressed. A special mention to Greta on reception. Not only was she first class in dealing with any requirements we had- such as booking a private transfer to the airport- but she was always smiling and cheery and nothing was ever a problem. Compliments to everyone. We hope to be back and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucca. Well done and thank you Brian and Joyce
