넓고 깨끗합니다. 주방이 완벽합니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓이 있어 편리합니다. 골프치는 분에겐 꽤 좋은 선택이고 추천합니다. 다시 온다면 이곳으로 오고싶네요

조용하고 평화롭다. 복층구조로 윗층엔 투룸과 화장실이 각각 딸려 있다. 아침엔 테라스에서 커피를 마시며 새들과 골퍼. 넓은 잔디를 보고 저녁엔 석양이 너무 붉고 멋지다. 15분정도 걸어서 큰길따라 올라가면 왼편으로 KTA 수퍼 스토어가 있다. 청결한것 같고 카펫이라 상태는 잘 모르지만 벌레는 없었다.

Perfect for a family staycation

Excellent layout for our family. The resort is off the beaten path, but worked well with our travel since we prefer to drive around the island to visit various locations. Staff was excellent and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

This was a mother and son kine trip, took/drive my mom all over the island…. While she relax and this hotel was a nice spot for us to relax and have space

The property is spacious and the 2 bedroom suites were large. The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have time to use the pool so not sure how it is. The kitchen was well stocked. The carpets are a little old but the suites were clean. I really enjoyed the room vs the small condos in Kona. The property is very pretty with many turkeys roaming around. Also had designated smoking areas which was nice. Great place for the price. Air conditioning worked well. Lastly, a short drive to Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches.

Very spacious

I would say about a 3 star because of the reasoning; It was a good price with FREE PARKING! It is assigned but that is the reason why I chose this instead of downtown Kona

This was our second time staying at Paniolo Greens. We first visited in April 2021. The experience was wonderful! Spacious suites with all the amenities. Full kitchen with cooking utensils, even a Washer and Dryer! The place is scheduled for a much need upgrade but everything was clean and well appointed. Please note, the suites are not cleaned during your stay, but towels and supplies are replenished if requested. The Pools and Hot Tub are nice and there are BBQ Grills as well as a small Game Room and Gym. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Bottom line, I would definitely stay there again. Great Value for the price 👌

Got more hotel room than was expecting. There were two bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a kitchen and a living area. Also very clean.

Beautiful place to stay! Everything is about 30 miles away!

The property grounds were beautiful, the employees were helpful and kind. The condo was a little outdated.

Affordable and close to Waikoloa shopping.

Great stay. Room spacious, facilities are great. Staff very welcoming and nice. Family friendly. View from room is beautiful. Rooms need a bit upgrade but the resort is already planning to do them in 2025. Looking forward to go back during our next visit.

Had an amazing time in Waikaloa. Paniolo greens is very family oriented. Cozy, roomy, fully equipped kitchen for all travel needs! Kiddie pool, regular pool, and hot tub were so clean, work out area as well! There’s grills, an entertainment room in the pool lounge area. Would love to stay here again. The hotel was like an apartment. Washer and dryer in the unit made life so much easier! Beaches very close by. Awesome awesome time! There’s turkeys roaming the property made it so fun!

The units were clean, well maintained, and everything you needed was in the unit. The one unique thing about the property is that you van store your luggage there, on your last day, and they have a shower that you can use. So on your last day, if you have a late flight out, you can still go have a beach day, and go back, shower, and catch your flight.
