경치가 매우 훌륭했다. 잊을수 없는 숙박이였다. 저녁엔 레스토랑에 사람이 너무 많아서 기다리는 시간이 좀 길었지만 음식맛은 매우 훌륭했다

Good staffing, nice room condition, wonderful view...Everything was excellent.

신혼여행 중에 방문했던 호텔 신혼여행 이벤트를 준비해 주어 무한 감동을 받았음 위치가 샌프란시스코 시내에서 멀고 주위에 호텔말고는 다른 시설이 없어 호텔 시설 이용하는거 말고는 딱히 다른 활동 할것이 없음. 호텔 시설은 매우 훌륭함

웰컴 와인, luggage service부터 체크아웃까지 세심한 서비스를 잊을 수 없는 호텔. 석양 지는 언덕에서 킬트를 입고 백파이프를 부시던 분 덕분에 릿츠킬튼의 서비스에 대해 다시 감동. 히터를 틀지 않고 벽난로를 켜고 정말 따뜻하고 편안한 1박을 함. 부모님과 함께 간 여행이었는데, 아이가 우리 나이가 되고 우리가 부모님 나이가 되면 꼭 다시 찾고 싶은 곳.

The shower head was old and didn’t drip well. They had an unaccounted for hair dryer because we had none during our stay. I received an email from their staff accusing me of it being missing. Once I called them, then they were apologetic. That doesn’t change the fact that it was ridiculous to try to accuse me Menu food options are very limited in the inside and outside restaurants. Regular staff was very nice. My server was a very nice lady. Bagpipe player was amazing Views from my room were amazing

Stunning property with exceptional service. Justin at the front reception was extremely helpful with all my requests. Joellen made our dining experience memorable. The food was delicious and the views amazing.

Staying at thiz property was by far, the best hotel that my partner and I have ever experienced!! Every single person there made us feel so welcomed, accommodating, and the customer service provided was beyond exceptional!
