조식포함이 가성비 좋았습니다. 영국식 주택가에서의 숙박은 새로운 체험이였어요. 동네분위기도 숙소내부도 영국 동네속에 온것 같아 느낌이 좋았습니다. 역과도 가깝고 역에 마트들이 많아서 오고 갈때도 편하고 주요 관광지와도 20분 이내로 가깝습니다

Rooms were cramped with many stains on the carpets, and smelled old and musty despite being a newer hotel. Despite emailing the hotel many times to confirm the breakfast buffet would be able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and allergies, and receiving confirmation it would, when we arrived we found there were no options available for gluten free or lactose free at the breakfast buffet which we paid for in advance. Food and beverages were constantly running out during breakfast which became an ongoing joke amongst the guests, and the hotel was understaffed meaning people had to wait a long time for food. The outdoor garden was a nice feature, however on multiple occasions it was booked for private events so it was unavailable to guests. It felt like they were still figuring out the operations.

駅から近く、また清潔で景観の良い通りにあり、周辺環境は素晴らしいと思いました。アールズコート駅を主に利用したのですが、ヒースロー空港から地下鉄で乗り継ぎなしで来れ、また市内の主要な観光地へのアクセスもよく、便利な場所だと思います。 部屋も清潔でお水のボトルも十分に補充いただきとても快適でした。 また、朝食付きで予約したのですが、味も雰囲気も素晴らしく、4泊の滞在期間中飽きませんでした。 朝食会場の方たちもフロントの方たちもとても親切でした。 残念だったのは、チェックインしてすぐに洗面台の排水がひどく悪いことに気がつき、フロントまで出向いて夕食に出掛けている間に修理をしてもらうよう約束をしたのに、なおっておらず、結局３回出向いてお願いし、一晩我慢して翌日出かけてる間にようやくなおしてもらえました。また、ガーデンビューの部屋で予約していたのですが、窓からは木で庭がほとんど見えない部屋でした。

Veldig koseleg hotell, fantastisk hage og gode rom. Sentralt og veldig fint område i London. Anbefalast!

Excellent hotel. Very calm and relaxing. The hotel is on a quiet street yet busy neighbourhood with everything you need just around the corner. The hotel was immaculate. The staff were quick to respond. The garden was a wonderful relaxing area and very peaceful. What an added bonus. Having LeLabo shampoo, body lotion, etc left me feeling and smelling clean and fresh in the scorching heat that week in London. I will book my stay there again and I will also check out the other locations.

Nice hotel in a nice area! Highly recommend!

Cute and quaint, nice if you need to stay in the area. I think it was cleanish but not very clean or sterile. For three nights they made the bed but didn’t change the sheets, unclear if they changed or just refolded the towels every day. Only removed the trash in the trash can. A receipt and a wrapper fell into my bed and they remade the bed with it instead of throwing away what was clearly trash

The Templeton Garden was a good pick for us. Good location, restaurants and stores nearby and Earl's Court Tube station. Biggest disappointment was the bathroom and maybe nothing could be done about it. The doors (shower, main) were so tight to each other you had to be skinny to get to the toilet. But the sink, shower and toilet were fine. Slept well in a fairly large room. Cleanliness in an issue, stained rug, didn't change sheets. Bar was great, service otherwise was spotty. Beautiful location but just had issues.

Amazingly welcoming and dedicated staff. The room was perfect and the food great.

Staff were lovely! They were kind, assistive, and approachable and made wonderful local recommendations. Hotel felt very calm and relaxing and I would stay here again.

This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.

Everything was great, specially having access to a garden.
