조식포함이 가성비 좋았습니다. 영국식 주택가에서의 숙박은 새로운 체험이였어요. 동네분위기도 숙소내부도 영국 동네속에 온것 같아 느낌이 좋았습니다. 역과도 가깝고 역에 마트들이 많아서 오고 갈때도 편하고 주요 관광지와도 20분 이내로 가깝습니다

What a fabulous property in London’s Earls Court area. Calm, quiet, extremely clean, well appointed, perfectly comfortable beds and super quality linens. Most importantly, a hugely helpful and accommodating team of guest focused staff. The private garden an absolute treasure in London. A total holiday feel while on a business trip. Strongly recommended! B

Good value for price of the room. Hotel offered continental breakfast for a fee and hot made to order breakfast package for a higher fee. Because the area was so close to a variety of available restaurants, we chose to take advantage of what was available in the area. Bathroom size and layout very practical.

Muy buena ubicación y hotel muy cómodo.

Tutti molto disponibili dalla reception, ai ragazzi del bar e della sala colazione (che è sempre stata ottima e varia!) Bel albergo e con ottima posizione. Peccato per qualche svista nella preparazione della stanza…. Il primo giorno, appena entrate in camera, abbiamo trovato due tazze da caffè usate (non da noi visto che avevamo appena fatto il check in!)… abbiamo fatto presente e chiaramente sono state cambiate tempestivamente. Il giorno dopo si sono dimenticati di rimettere altre tazze pulite, idem il giorno successivo… Qualche altra piccola svista che in un albergo di questa categoria in dovrebbe accadere!

We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it and the service was excellent. I have to say it wasn’t quite the same this time. Breakfast was quite chaotic. The buffet was not being replenished and there were people waiting over 5 minutes by the coffee to get the filter jug refilled. We had the cooked breakfast and when we came last year toast was served with it. We waited a while and no toast came. I tried to get the attention of a waiter but in fairness they were all busy. As we were near the serving hatch when a waiter came I went up to ask. I waited a while longer and still no toast so had to go up again but by that time the rest of the breakfast had gone cold. I noticed lots of people going up to the waiters asking for things so I assumed they were also waiting for something. I noticed before we came last year there were lots of negative reviews about breakfast but we had very good service but not what you would expect this time. We also missed Mohammed on reception. Not sure if he still works there but he was a great asset to the hotel and was extremely welcoming.

Very nice boutique style hotel, in a great location (5 min away from the metro station). The staff were very friendly and we were allowed to check in at 9 am. I would definitely come back to this place!

The entire property, including my basic double room were beautiful! The little touches were splendid (interesting snacks and stocked mini fridge; a book of short stories next to the chair, garden view). Bed was SO comfy! I ate dinner outside in the garden, enjoying the terrific food while children played on the green. Service was great, everyone was so warm and helpful. Location is a few minutes from the Tube. Can’t wait to return !

Loved the shower, bed and room overall. Breakfast was very good also. Didn’t love how you had to pay extra for a cappuchino and it wasn’t one with “the works” like Starbucks.

A perfect location close to Earl’s Court tube station so a direct subway connection from Heathrow and an easy spot for transfers when travelling about London. The size of the room exceeded expectations and our room had a view of the large, lovely garden in the middle of the city. Breakfast is not included and very expensive. A concierge to assist with external reservations would have been appreciated. We would return… and book bed and breakfast.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good food and access to the Refresh room was appreciated. We did have a problem without initial room which was not ready when we entered it, but staff remedied that well. TV didn’t work on last day which we reported and the shower door did not close properly so floor towel was soaked after showering.

Das Zimmer war gut,das Duschbad schön groß,völlig ausreichend für eine Person, leider war die Matratze ziemlich hart .Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder.

Minha estadia foi de 7 noites. A localização é muito conveniente. Do aeroporto de Heathrow, a linha Piccadilly, em viagem de 45 minutos e baixo custo, leva-nos até a estação Earl’s Court, a cerca de 5 minutos a pé do hotel. O hotel foi recentemente reformado e ocupa um belíssimo prédio. A partir do nível da rua há uma escada de cerca de 8 degraus. Fomos recepcionados de forma cordial, eficiente e prestativa. O quarto é amplo, para o padrão londrino, com ótima cama, banheiro pequeno, armários embutidos, poltronas, frigobar e cafeteira. Há um magnífico jardim nos fundos do hotel e as áreas comuns são amplas e bem decoradas. O hotel conta com 2 elevadores rápidos, restaurante e bar. Nossa reserva incluía café da manhã que, apesar de limitado em termos de variedade, era muito bom. A equipe é bem treinada e cordial. Além do metrô, a região é servida por diversas linhas de ônibus. Há restaurantes, cafés e supermercados próximos. Altamente recomendado.

Wonderful professional and courteous staff - excellent meals, comfy spacious rooms, fast wifi and love the location. Feel like it is home away from home!

Súper bonito el hotel, muy cómodo, y segura la ubicación a dos cuadras del metro y buenos restaurantes para comer. Lo único es que recomendaría tener desayuno estilo buffet el hecho de que sea a la carta hace que sea demasiado lento el servicio, el staff muy bueno! Pero es un equipo reducido para tanta gente

The bar was amazing, great unique cocktails. Staff was very friendly! Would definitely stay again. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the train station in Earls court.
