Very friendly staff

한겨울. 숙소 창밖에 비친 페어뱅크스의 모습은 얼음왕국이었다. 방은 청결했고, 깔끔하게 정리정돈이 된 모습이었다. 아침은 숙소에서 해결하길 추천한다. 가격대비 괜찮은 아침식사가 제공이 되기 때문이다.

Located in the nicest part of downtown Fairbanks with great walking along the Chena River. Wonderful Visitor Center is also a short walk from hotel.

Room was fine

No tell it’s nice enough, but the room was inconvenient. It’s just a place of sleep like Motel 6.

L’hôtel est calme par contre le petit déjeuner est très frugal ( pas de charcuterie,de fromage ou de pain) Le chauffage était très difficile à faire marcher

Large rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Good location by the river and park. Good walkways. Courtesey transfer to the railroad.

Property was centrally located in the downtown area of Fairbanks, restaurants were walkable. Hotel was clean. AC didn’t work as well as we would have wanted but who would have thought you would need ac in Alaska. Didn’t realize the homeless population was that bad, but they did a good job of keeping them out of the hotel.

Expedia says checkout @12, the hotel said it was 11:30. When asking for a late checkout the front clerk bluntly said she can’t do that for me and I had to figure out myself that if I became a rewards member for free I COULD have a late checkout. Rude of her not to tell me and a crappy hotel policy to force a rewards sign up for a late checkout.

AC unit didn’t work

The staff was friendly and the breakfast very good. The facility is a bit dated and tired and I would have preferred more firm bedding, but it was comfortable enough for a 3 night stay.

Quick one night stay on the way to Denali. Convenient location and free shuttle to and from the airport and train station.

The staff, one word - excellent! The only downfall was the bedding. There were dirty shoe marks on the freshly made bed as we arrived in our room - I asked about replacements for the top blankets and the staff at the front desk said no extra linens were available.
