수영장이 딸린 호텔에 작은 해변까지 갖추고 있어서 호텔에 머무는 것만으로도 휴양을 즐기다 올 수 있음 가족단위의 숙박객이 대부분이며 니씨비치까지 거리는 3분정도로 정말 가까움 객실에 베란다가 딸려 있어 채광도 좋음 허나 전기 콘서트가 찾기어려워 충전을 번갈아해야했고 무엇보다 로비서 와이파이가 잘 잡히지 않아 와잎이 시그널을 찾아다녔음 심지어 와이파이 시그널이 잡혀도 인터넷이 되지 않는 경우도 허다 이런 문명과의 단절만 감수한다면 시티센터서 7~8유로 택시비 거리에 니씨해변과 가깝고 음식도 훌륭하고 아침포함에 110달러면 훌륭한 조건이라 생각됨

Too many ppl for the amount of space. Beach beds reserved before the sun even comes up. Crazy. Cigarettes buts int he sand...beach should be cleaned more often

This is a great hotel We reserved a premium room (2adults with 2 children) very beautiful and updated. For the food, we reserved full board, but for next time we will reserve half board or breakfast as the restaurants in the hotel (not included in the stay) are much more delicious. Very good activities for the kids and shows. Very generous staff and accommodating. A Very special thanks to Georgia (she is the best) , she saved our vacation, she gave us a late check out for free, booked us the taxi from and to the airport, recommended places to go in the city center. Staff are very welcoming but lucky the one who gets welcomed by Georgia, she is an asset to ADAMS hotel. The kids had so much fun and we had a wonderful stay. They also welcomed us with chocolate and white wine as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you for everything! The only thing we hated is the cleanless , the hotel should work big time on having clean rooms ( they should vaccum properly) and wipe properly the floor. This is the only negative. Please make sure to work on this. Thank you all for this great stay!

Went for a family wedding. Would highly recommend for special occasion. The hotels wedding planner is excellent. The hotel has everything for a family holiday too. This is not a traditional five star hotel but guess it gets that status as it has everything for a family. We all had a great time. Not suitable we thought for adult only in summer time

Check in was an absolute nightmare as the hotel hadn’t received our booking from Hotels.com and we had to phone up your customer service department which took over two hours to resolve. I am very unhappy and will not be using Hotels.com again.

It was a wonderful hotel. Just a shame the spa facilities are not included with the stay

The hotel was huge and very close to beach and shops. Staff were very polite , friendly and helpful especially Georgio (if I spell his name correctly) at reception, he was very kind. Breakfast was good. Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t count it as a 5star hotel. You could find dirts especially in bathroom. They don’t change the towels and toiletries like shampoo on a daily room cleaning. It wasn’t any space for our luggage, we had to put the luggages on the bed.

Paikka oli parempi, mitä kuvat antoi olettaa. Kylmien säiden vuoksi lapsille ei ollut hotellilla oikein tekemistä, mutta täydellinen paikka, jos on lämmintä ja voi uida. Useampi allas ja ranta hotellin yhteydessä. Altaat ei ole lämmitettyjä. Rantapyyhkeet saa hotellilta. Bussipysäkki aivan vieressä, josta pääsee helposti ja halvalla Agia Napan keskustaan.

We had a fab stay, and great service provided by the staff. We loved Livia from Slovakia, very kind.

I liked the proximity to the beach, th we multiple pools, the renovated smart rooms, the excellent service, the rooftop GlassHouse restaurant

Wir konnten einen schönen Urlaub geniessen.Das Zimmer war ganz okay aber sicher kein 5* Zimmer. Die Bettlampen hängen völlig schief, die Leselampe lässt sich nicht arritieren. Der Nachtvorhang ist defekt und kann nicht richtig gezogen werden. Die vorgesehene Automatik funktioniert somit beim schliessen nicht. Alle Lichter werden über Touchscreen gesteuert. In der Nacht auf die Toilette zu gehen und im halbschlaf alles bedienen, ist relativ schwierig. Das Bad hat eine Doppel-Dusche, dass finde ich echt super. Die Duschwand ist leider nicht sauber - ganz schmierig von Seife und Duschmittel Rückständen. Allgemein wird die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht so wichtig genommen. Der Kapselbehälter der Kaffeemaschine wird nicht geleert, Kaffee und Zucker wird nicht aufgefüllt. Die Betten werden nur oberflächlich gemacht. Die Decke wird schön drapiert aber das Leintuch unten ist völlig zerknüllt. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich.
