Ana and Dora where super helpful in coordinating transportation to adjacent towns and provide great recommendations as to where to go and what to do. Very professional staff.

Jag är väldigt besviken på detta boende. Bilderna stämmer inte alls överens med verkligheten – det är rena catfish. Maten är äcklig, samma saker serveras hela tiden och det finns knappt något att välja på för den som inte dricker alkohol. Snacksbaren är ett skämt, ska man beställa en tallrik kostar det extra trots att man har all inclusive. Ingen kvalité överhuvudtaget. Personalen är otrevlig och oprofessionell, särskilt mannen i receptionen som inte ens kan bemöta enkla frågor utan att vara otrevlig. Jag känner att jag slösat bort mycket pengar på en vistelse som bara gett mig ångest. Rekommenderas absolut inte.

We had a nice time here, the kids did too. We liked the pools and the gardens were nice. Maintenance is certainly lacking. The water slides were dirty as well as the area around them. This was not the case with the roads and paths around the resort who were cleaned daily and the cleaners were lovely and friendly. The room was comfortable and big. The view was nice but again maintenance and cleanliness was subpar. Yes the cleaner was doing her best- probably but the scale built up and lack of attention to detail was evident especially in the shower. The room and we would say the place generally is tired and you can tell that corners are being cut. The food was hit and miss. We went on an all-inclusive which is fine if you’re not expecting any snacks that were almost non-existent. It was also our first time in an all-inclusive and we will probably think twice before booking again this type, as unfortunately the quality of the food was not to our liking. The beer was good the coffee was bad. We would go again just for the pools the beach and the convenience

I surely don’t recommend this hotel to stay. Food variety is not so good, taste also,,, Service quality is terrible, Just location is good. The definition of All inclusive is not cleared You should find another hotel.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was catastrophic. The food wasn't worthy of a 5-star hotel. We had to eat out almost every day. The restaurants offered the same food as the buffet. They weren't staffed enough, so there were long waits. Consequently, the staff wasn't always friendly. I read the reviews on your website before booking. You're in cahoots with the hotel. I won't book through your website again. The worst vacation I've ever had. And unfortunately, I wasn't the only one. Everyone I met there had the same opinion.

This place was a complete joke .. gave us the wrong room.

I got what I paid for. The hotel is only partially maintained, but a lot of it needs updating. While you could swim, and I liked the beach, it all dates back to the previous owner's time. I limited myself to gyros and fries, which tasted reasonably good but became unappealing after a few days. Otherwise, the quality of the food was rather at borderline.

The property is not well maintained, nice rooms but not fully clean (sofa and balcony chairs are not clean at all) and service is not at the level of a 5 stars. Kind service’s attendees are an exception.

The location and facilities are fantastic. The view and sunset is breathtaking, the pools and sunbeds are nice and not overly crowded and the beautiful flowers and trees all over. We stayed the first week in a 2BR villa with 3 adults and two children. It was nice and spacious with lots of privacy as the rooms were in opposite ends of the villa. We had the most lovely cleaning lady Mirela who met us with the biggest smile every day. The next week we stayed in an Island suite with a jacuzzi and sea view. Also a very nice room. The service on the hotel overall is not 5 stars which is such a pity. The reception is strict and not accommodating, and the hotel is clearly understaffed in the buffet, beach bar etc. constantly running out of stuff (ice creme, drinks etc), and the ala cart often also is out of stuff. I also dislike that there are no cocktails included in the AI (pina colada, mojito) - paying customers get nice glasses and AI get plastic cups all day. I really wish the hotel would staff up and stop all the unnecessary restrictions. The staff is clearly under too much pressure, which makes the guests unhappy and so it continues. The main buffet also needs more food and stuff, if you are not there when they open half of the stuff will be out (meats, desserts etc). A few people standout though: George and Minela in the Pool bar, Nick in the Payot, Jaruz in breakfast coffee, Abdul in the pancake stand, and Dora in the reception.

Basically a nice hotel, but lots of flaws. We had a good room with an incredible view, and the pools and beach are great. But the service the hotel provides lets it down. The Bellevue restaurant advertised on their website doesn't exist! The beach bar wasn't open any of the days we were there (we were there for 6 days). The drinks served were pretty poor - we couldn't order a good Aperol Spritz for instance (just some sort of pre-made juice thing...), and the staff couldn't make some of the cocktails listed on the bar menu. The housekeeping staff were very good and the room was always cleaned nicely every day. But we asked for a kettle (three times); the first kettle we were given was leaking, as was the second one. So we gave up. If you are staying here, we recommend walking along the coast to the town of Milatos which is beautiful with lots of tavernas and bars to choose from.

Il n’y a pas de jus de fruits frais, pas de snack en continu, aucun sucré n’est disponible dans la journée et les boissons type Mojito sont payantes cela se retrouve également aux restaurants et pour l’accès au spa (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam) qui est payant! En revanche, tout n’est pas négatif, les chambres sont magnifiques, seuls les jacuzzis sont vétustes, l’hôtel est dans un cadre magnifique, calme, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Il est toutefois isolé, il paraît impératif de disposer d’un véhicule.

Our family had the worst experience at this resort. Three out of four of us suffered from severe food poisoning, with all three of us vomiting within a span of 30 minutes. Yet, the hotel completely denied any responsibility. Despite the fact that we only ate and stayed at their resort, they refused to acknowledge it was food poisoning, even going so far as to blame our illness on spending too much time in the sun. Their response was both shocking and dismissive. To make matters worse, they threatened us with legal action if we shared our experience in a review. We checked out two days earlier than planned after they promised a refund for the unused nights, but unsurprisingly, we never received the refund. This resort is not only negligent but also engages in dishonest practices. Avoid this place at all costs!

Camera con poca pulizia ogni gg dovevamo chiedere asciugamani e accappatoi perché mancava la disponibilità. Piscina per i bimbi abbandonata senza mai nessuno presente, pensavamo di trovare un resort 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ invece siamo rimasti molto delusi le foto presenti sui vari siti sono foto di almeno 10 anni fa. Abbiamo aspettato con impazienza di fare questa vacanza ma siamo rimasti veramente delusi.
