호텔 위치가 너무 찾기 어려워요. 좀 쉽게 찾을 수 있게 안내가 필요해요. 그리고 주차장이 호텔 리셉션과 너무 떨어져 있어 가방을 객실까지 직접 옮겨야 했어 불편했습니다.

Dans la salle de bain, la poubelle n'était pas vidé, donc j'ai appelé l'accueil de venir pour enlever le plus vite possible. Car ça sentait les cigarettes, et je suis enceinte cet odeur me donne envie de vomir. Mais la personne qui a répondu, elle est toute seule à l'accueil, donc elle peut rien faire sauf changer la chambre (en plus, moins bien qu'on a pris). J'y suis allé deux weekend d'affilée, je suis bien déçu leur propreté et leur service.

Pool is great in the heat. Very frustrating that they restrict any outside food consumption anywhere other than the rooms. Team was ok.

The hotel and the staff were excellent. The front desk personnel were thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. It was easy to park our car and the walk into town was also very good. We had cancelled an alternate hotel as this hotel had a outdoor pool to relax by. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for two of the 4 days which was extremely disappointing. There could have been an adjustment on the price given this was the primary reason we picked the hotel.

Bom hotel, localização adequada, quarto amplo e confortável. A piscina estava fechada.

Nous avons été trés déçus au checking arrivée en découvrant que nous avons une chambre avec 2 petits lits accolés avec 2 petites couettes simples, au lieu de 1 grand lit double! La réceptionniste nous explique tout naturellement qu elle ne peut rien faire, car étabt donné que nous avons réservé via Hotels.com/Expédia, et bien nous ne sommes pas prioritaires. Les chambres avec un grand lit sont attribués d'abord aux résas Radisson. Ils n ont même pas préparé le lit avec une grande couette. En terme de confort, pas top. De plus, pour chaque petit lit, 1 seul petit oreiller! Pas agréable pour regarder la télé ou bouquiner. Nous ne reviendrons pas à cet hotel! Dommage car l hotel est sympa, le breakfast vraiment complet ! Le parking est payant.

Personnel peu aimable à notre arrivée…et très peu de choix restants au petit déjeuner…plus d’œuf brouillés…plus de jus d’orange…une seul machine à café…

We had an enjoyable stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated our request for a different room without hesitation when we raised some problems. The outdoor area around the pool was very nice to relax. There was a good range of drinks from the bar which were very good value. It was a shame that there wasn’t a bar facility available for residents after around 11pm. It was good to have secure parking available at the hotel which was well situated for going to the rugby ground.
