Facility had a barebones feel. Architecture and fifinishes were very plain. There weren't even any glasses or cups for drinking or taking pills in the room.

Room and staff were fine just the parking lot was confusing. And I received a ticket from Hyatt for $15. If there were better signage i would not have parked there also they should do a color system or something to help people that have not been here before!!! Double check your parking folks!!!

Breakfast a little lacking

Very clean, no frills hotel. If going to the airport the location is great.

The gentleman at the counter greeted us with big smile and a wonderful attitude, he was beyond helpful and kind!!! The breakfast was very very good.

The best of all I have ever been, price, value and best of all, the attention of the lady who works from 8am to 3pm knows how to serve customers with a unique kindness.

Nice place to stay

Clean, renovated rooms; pretty good value for the nightly rate offered, but didn’t have hot breakfast option.

The shuttle stops at 10pm so when you have a flight that gets delayed till 1 am, they won’t pick you up

the place is a dump. The hotel smelled bad, the room smelled bad, the sheets and bedding smelled bad, the sheets and bedding were stained and old. At check in the desk attendant was argumentative, terrible customer service attitude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I can't believe has their name on this place. I do not recommend.
