세콰이어 내셔날파크 입구까지 1시간 정도 소요되서 공원안에 숙소를 못잡은 경우 가장 가까운 위치에 있는 호텔입니다. 호텔주위 가깝게 식당과 마켓이 주유소가 있어 편리합니다. 객실 커피메이커와 커피가 준비되어있으나 1개당 10달러로 비쌉니다.

The staff was friendly bed was amazing very comfortable it didn’t get much house cleaning in my room had to ask front desk for house cleaning stay 7 days only clean room 2 times their was a power outage no one alerted the guest as to the situacion or at least gave us information as to they are aware of situacion n will keep us inform as to the matter feel staff could be more inform with their guest

Friendly staffs

The lobby was nice and the bed was comfortable. But my room had an odd, musty smell and very poor water pressure.

My flight was cancelled so I was not able to check in the day of my reservation. I had booked the room for 3 nights. I called the hotel that same day and told them I would be there the next day. I arrived at the hotel and they said I was counted a no show and they cancelled the reservation. They said I would have to make a new reservation at a much higher cost. I ended up staying somewhere else the 3 days. I am still trying to get a refund.

The staff took 3 weeks to return my property even though I paid for expedited postage. That is lazy management.
