Very nice place, it's the first time we went there and we loved it

Very friendly and helps staff. Good breakfast

Just perfect for one nigth

Pollows in room 304 go flat extremely fast both Husband and I woke up with neck ache. Although we always enjoy the staff the breakfast, the pool in the hot tub great location for us right between both of our kids.

Very clean and well maintained property. The rooms are spacious and very comfy. Breakfast had many options and it was very good.

Was convenient to our activities in West Bend and was clean and had great service with a good restaurant next door

This is a lovely place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is well kept and nice amenities. The breakfast was wonderful!

Hotel was pretty clean, breakfast was excellent with lots of food options, would stay again.

Bathroom not clean, floor was very dirty. Sunday there hard to find parking cause there was party next door. Night staff not very friendly

We stayed for one night and the staff checking us in was very friendly. It was very nice and clean,bed very comfortable, great breakfast. It was great.

Check in was quick easy and seamless, staff were all friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, and had the amenities I needed (coffee maker, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, etc) - great value for a business trip.

Always a great stay. Shower needs some work so the water comes out of the showerhead and not the tub spout. Definitely needs a new seal..

Eggs were good. Hallways dirty. Pet fee way too high and not on website.

Owner would not respond

An extra night on our way back from Spring Break, due to ice storms in Michigan. Convienent, easy check in and had a 2 room suite that was perfect for our family of 5 plus our dog.

Our party had an overall positive experience for our stay. Our request for our hotel rooms to be placed next to each other was grated, our kids were able to play in the pool and extra pool toys were offered by the Front desk staff. Breakfast was hot and the area was exceptionally clean. Bravo! Thanks so much for a great stay.
