Upon check in my room contained tools and a maintenance cart. When I called the front desk she said to just push it out into the hallway.

Room was very big and spacious. Within walking distance of downtown attractions. Nice place to stay.

Very nice! Did find some large chocolate candies behind a bed side table though… all good!

It’s expensive but worth it

Mal reçu en arrivant, la réceptionniste était très froide et pas acceullante. Reservé pour 4 adultes, je savais qu' il y avait un divan lit mais il etait complètement désuet et creux au centre. Seulement 3 ensembles de serviettes. Pour une nuit à plus de 400.00$ je m aurais attentu à plus de comfort

Great stay in a great area. Walkable to everything.

I had a huge room with a great city view. On site parking was great and breakfast was nice. I would stay here again.

No recycling. Only plastic beverage bottles. Toilet seats UNDER recommended height for children and adults 5'4"--very low and no grab bars. Disabled access doors did not work. Rooms are good distance from elevators. If have mobility issues recommend a disability access room. Easy directions to hotel from interstate highways.

The hotel was okay. However, it was not worth the money.. no restaurants or lounge and when asked she really didnt care to answer. Would be hardpressed to stay there again..

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with choices you usually don't find including plant-based milk and vegetarian frittata. And the location can't be beat for a show at the Riverside. Parking garage is easy and secure.

Great area downtown but with that comes some of the drawbacks to the dirty and noisy area.

Perfect overnight stay for attending a late night show across the street at Riverside Theater. Parking was underground & secure. Well worth the $30. Breakfast included crustless quiche, nice touch! Room was spacious, clean. Shower was hot. Service was excellent. I’ll stay again!

Accommodation was fine, but over a 5 night stay house keeping did not visit the room a single time.

The service by the employees was good, but the bed was hard as a rock. The pillows were super flat, and while I understand that a sofa bed will not be as comfortable as a bed, it was awful. I could feel the springs dig into me when I tried to sleep. It was clean and had a good breakfast though.

Beautiful rooms, with incredibly high ceilings. Not to mention the history of the building. Just incredible.

My kids loved the space in the suite. Easy walk to both UW Panthers Arena and Fiserv.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, very clean, and quite comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay thoroughly, and I definitely will be staying here again.

Loved the location and attached underground self-parking! Note: Check in at the front desk first to receive a QR code that they will text to your phone. This QR code needs to be scanned to gain access to their underground parking area. Hotel rooms are located on floors 5 thru 8. Elevators are only accessible with hotel guest key cards. Rooms are very spacious & feature floor to ceiling windows with both sheer curtains and room darkening curtains. Extremely high ceilings give a regal feel to the accomodations! Generous desk area with desk light. Kitchenette features a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker! Microwave & coffee maker along with sink and faucet. Table and 2 chairs for dining in the room. Hotel allows both grocery and take out food delivery in the lobby. Sectional sofa for lounging and large flat screen TV on a swivel for viewing from all parts of the room. Bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable! Side tables have outlets. Closet offers full length, mirrored sliding doors. Bathroom has separate sink and vanity. While the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit dated. Not very sound proof, as conversations from the hallway were loud and clear. Overall, I would still highly recommend, especially if you're going to the Riverside Theater across the street!
