The desk staff was unfriendly. Junior suites for the disabled were the worst for the disabled. The rest room was very narrow and the shower door and the rest room door were in contact with each other, so this was not a room for the disabled. Non-disabled people were also very difficult to use. There was no chair for the disabled in the shower room. I asked for a shower chair at the desk, but he did not make any effort to help. It was the worst Doubletree hotel I have stayed in. There was a reason why this hotel's review was not good. I do not recommend staying here.

Very kindness worker....facility is good status...

This property may have been decent at one time, however that is not the case now. Where do I start: the floor in the elevator was cracked and lifting, the chair in our room was ripped, the curtains were coming down, there was only one trash can, there were no clean wash cloths the entire time, the bathroom was extremely small, the drawer was broken on the dresser, the coffee cups had the wrong size tops, and loud construction of some sort was happening and quite noisy and the room had a weird odor when you walk in.

Overall good location. Only thing that set me back was there is no refrigerator in the rooms. Not helpful for a traveler on diet restrictions.

Curtains were had significant dirt on them. Body wash was empty in the shower. Furniture was scuffed and not properly maintained.

7a-11p customer service was great. If these individuals worked at a different hotel I would come back. The outside patio was really nice and the inside atrium was beautiful except the old furniture. The room furniture is old. The room smell like it was musky and closed up. Day shift did send the maintenance man to my room to spray but apparently it’s in the carpet, sofa or curtains. I left to purchase my on spray. The entrance light to my room didn’t work, the coffee maker didn’t work and was told I had to wait until 7a to get coffee even though I was up @ 5:30. So I had to leave the both days to go get coffee. The door entering the shower is on the opposite side of the handles so you have to reach around the glass that don’t move to turn the water on. I prefer getting wet inside the shower not outside the shower. I really want to eat at the restaurant but after experiencing all outside food (nasty) my taste buds decided to eat fruit the rest of my trip. All I can tell new comer to if you are particular about spending you $ and n food and stay you might want to do some serious research before coming to Montgomery, AL. There is a lot of history here tho. This is just my experience. To each its own. God Bless

My hotel room was in poor condition. The bathroom’s ceiling looked as if it had a past bad leak that was improperly repaired. The carpet in the room was very dirty. The base/platform of the bed was dusty and had traces of other visitors items (hair, pendant, and food. Also, trash was left in bathroom’s trash can.

I was originally booked in the wrong room. A single bed, queen size bed verses the booking which was two single beds. There was not apology for the oversight from the front desk staff. The furniture in the room showed signs of wear. Also, a dinner plate that was used was sitting outside the door of our room when we checked-in and was never picked up for the duration of our stay. Just didn't meet the exspectations of a Doubletree hotel.

The room wasn't clean enough. I found stuff from the people who staying before me and my family under the bed cover sheet. The A/C doesn't work good. The hallways was smelling bad. Not recommended 😕

Housekeeping wasn’t the best. I had to keep requesting towels and linens

Nice lobby and bar. We had 10 rooms, some with refrigerators and some not. Had to constantly ask for towels. Some dispensers in some rooms were empty. Some coffee makers had no refills. I guest found someone’s underwear in their room. Very noisy on street side. One guest complained that room was not clean.Desk staff was not friendly or knowledgeable.

The front desk staff (Bobby, Maria and Tay) were pleasant and very helpful dealing with an issue with the credit card reader at check in. The bathroom was not clean and the floors were dirty. Drawers were broken and hanging, paint was peeling and there was a musty odor in the room.

Windows dirty. Elevator broken tile, doors needs repair. Room $245. / night and no complimentary breakfast. Back entrance dirty. Sorry but all true.

Didn't have any towels, the hot water wasn't that hot and when the shower kids running the tub was filling up with water like I was taking a shower bath.

Needs updating

Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. Each request was met and the special warm cookies were delicious as always! Best hotel stay we’ve had in a while!!

The hotel is very dated and the parking is terrible. The elevator seemed like it might be on its last legs, though there was an inspection record. There were sirens all night long
