캐나다 동부 여행의 마지막 숙소. 조식을 먹거나 다른 부대 시설을 사용해보지는 못했지만 아주 깔끔했고, 일단 공항에 너무 가까워서 좋았습니다.

Airport shuttle was good . There Was a party in the main room and the kids were allowed to run up and down the hallways making an incredible amount of noise . Kept us up all night and we had an early flight. We booked the hotel so we could get a good nights sleep for our flight and then we had to contend with this. Those people should have been kicked out or security should have been checking the halls continuously

Parking is limited over busy weekends

Hotel was so booked I had to park at Park&Fly across the road…Not convenient at all

First, a hotel that charges $25/night for parking when their parking lot was full the entire week seems like highway robbery. They should give you a parking pass as part of the rate you pay for the hotel. If people are leaving on a trip, they should park in an alternate lot and leave the parking spaces for the people who are actually in and out of the hotel. Second, "breakfast available" is misleading. It's very overpriced. For such a high nightly rate, breakfast should be included. The coffee in the room is not drinkable. The "Starbucks" coffee costs $6 for a drip coffee that is definitely not Starbucks. There is also a machine that costs $5 for coffee, chai latte or hot chocolate. I did not try the coffee, but the chai latte and the hot chocolate were watered down and not worth the $5 for the small cup you get. The hotel's cleanliness wasn't great. We got a couple of visibly dirty towels, almost folded to present the yellow marks on the towels. A little extra time could be spent on checking these things when replenishing these items. The rooms were dated and definitely could use a refresh. The bed was comfortable, but it was loud with noises heard from rooms inside the hotel as well as the planes. With the amount of similar hotels in the area, I would likely look for a different hotel that provides breakfast or parking included in the rate. It was a very expensive stay.

Airport shuttle was good. Extra sofa bed was made up and ready for our kids. It was a very good place to get some rest. The staff was friendly and gave us all toothbrushes + water. There was a sound machine in the room which we didn’t figure out until we left FYI

Front desk staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. We were 4 adults and an infant. We arrived after 1am. They very quickly brought a Pack ‘n Play to our room and they arranged for a large cab to take us to the airport the next morning.

Clean room (though somewhat dated). Convenient location mere minutes away from YYZ. Overpriced. Undergoing renovations in lobby but the resturant next door was busy and had a great vibe. Would stay again for the convenience but not for value. Free 24/7 shuttle was a bonus.
