직원도 친절하고 엘리베이터도있고 방도 크고 좋아요ㅎ 독일음식 입에 안맞았는데 주방이 있어서 너무 좋았음!

직원분도 친절했고 위치는 정말 좋았어요. 하지만 전반적인 청결상태는 별로.. 곳곳에 먼지도 많았고 창문 밖에 거미줄, 벌레 등 더러워서 더운데도 창문을 열수가 없었네요. 소음이 심한 에어컨이 있었는데 틀어도 시원하지가 않아서 리셉션에 말했더니 선풍기 주셔서 그나마 견딜만 했어요~

Fint hotel med køkken på værelset. Gode senge på værelse 360 dog lidt larm fra gaden. Morgenmad fint.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei und es wurde immer schnell aufgefüllt. Die Auswahl an Säften war auch gut. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass es zu „Stoßzeiten“ beim Frühstück zu Platzproblemen kommen könnte, denn der Bereich ist nicht so groß! Wir hatten das Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern für 3 Personen und es war top!! Die Lage ist auch gut, 15 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz! Ach ja, das indische Restaurant im Haus ist zu empfehlen! Unterm Strich, ist das Hotel zu empfehlen!

The breakfast was expensive. It thought i ordered it with the room but we ended up paying for it atthe property. It advertised free minibar.... that turned out to be just a bottle of water.

Decent hotel. Staff not from Berlin and didn’t know much about the area. Otherwise it was a good stay

Area itself was not that exciting but very convenient in terms of access to transport with the city only two stops away. Staff had significant language problems with both German and English. Had to correct some simple maths on the bill (they tried to bill me an extra night) and was told to get train to the city to find an ATM when there was actually one less than 100m away. Great value, despite staff issues and convenient if on a budget.

Hotel is in a good location and has the unique offering of self catering rooms and 2 bed room accommodation (a rare find in Berlin)

We had a two bedroom apartment with kitchenette. The apartment had character and was clean, however if you are planning on cooking, the kitchenette was very small with minimal implements. The latch to the window was broken, so we were very concerned about setting the smoke alarm off. It was very noisy during the night and the beds were very firm. We did not opt in for the breakfast as it was 19 euro pp and there were three of us. Plenty of bakeries and cafes near buy. Went to the Indian restaurant connected to the hotel. It had fantastic reviews but in our opinion it was average. Laundry service was outrageously expensive which is the case with all hotels we stayed in in Germany. The wash box laundromat was excellent and not too far away.

The elevator broke while we were staying on the sixth floor. We asked for assistance with our large luggage and they refused. By sheer coincidence a cleaning lady saw us and helped on the last floor when we were checking out. Otherwise nice facility and good for a place with a group.
