It's very old hotel and the bathroom smells. I've been to many Radisons and this is the most disappointing. And it's far from the city center, so it's very inconvenient. It's hard to find a good point in this hotel. 너무 낡고 화장실에서 냄새가 납니다. 래디슨을 많이 다녔는데 가장 실망스러웠네요. 그리고 시내까지 거리도 멀어서 불편해요. 장점을 찾기 어려운 호텔입니다.

I love Radisson Blue Seaside hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly, lovely, and professional. The hotel is well located and positioned. The room has two complimentary mineral water, electric kettle, and iron including instant coffee and tea.

It is a very nice hotel. It seems recently constructed and everything is very clean. One of the rooms (at equal price) had no bathtub and was smaller though. The booking was split between different floors unfortunately. The sauna could only seat four people and didn't get very warm but it was good for a free facility. Didn't have the breakfast. Personnel were helpful and polite. I would like to have known what the room view was like in advance but it was notmpossible in the app.

Städning var 3e dag om man inte säger till, dock ingen städning för oss trots att vi stannade 3 nätter, självklart spar man på miljön men ingen bäddning eller så. Tillgång till ett riktigt gym, 5 olika rum med många maskiner och fria vikter (ett gym som kostar 400kr/mån för icke hotellgäster), detta höjde vistelsens total betyg! Bra frukost som alltid på Radisson.

The hotel is located on the harbour and provides convenient access to the city centre since streetcar stops (Lines 7, 9 and 1) are near the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection of sweet and savoury dishes. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always helpful, I had chosen a superior room with a balcony and I loved having an outdoor space to relax at the end of the day. Our stay was very enjoyable and I would go back without hesitation.

Standard room comfortable, bathroom is atrium design, a bit small and lacks lighting. Weird faucet. Gym has good machines. Coffee is $4, didn’t find the free grab and go breakfast, might have been in the restaurant. Ok location esp if going to cruise port. Would stay again.

Helt greit hotell, litt dårlig opplevelse med restauranten på kvelden når det gjaldt middag. Lite kunder og allikavell kald middag, maten på bordet ble servert til forskjellige tider selv om de ble bestilt samtidig i samme bestilling, servitørene var ikke helt tilstede, bestilte ekstra drikke flere ganger men kom aldri, ble heller ikke belastet for disse heldigvis. Hyggelig personale, men veldig rart at man må skrive inn all gjesteinfo med penn og papir i 2026 når man sjekker inn og bestiller på nett med samme info. Gikk veldig seint ved innsjekking. Fin beliggenhet og kjekt med parkeringshus i kjelleren.

Hotell som lever opp til forventningene. Fin resepsjon, god frokost og godt med plass i parkeringskjelleren. Greie rom, gode senger. Dyrt i baren og i restauranten.

Tyylikäs, siisti hotelli. Perhehuoneessa kaksi isoa sänkyä, joissa oli hyvä nukkua. Lapsia ilahdutti amme kylppärissä. Hyvä, maukas aamiainen. Aamiaisella hieman ruuhkaista, muttei mitenkään häiritsevästi. Kävimme toisena iltana hotellin ravintolassa syömässä. Ruoka oli oikein maukasta, lapsetkin tykkäsivät. Hotellin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa oli myös leikkihuone, mikä oli hyvä ruokia odotellessa. Hyvä sijainti! Parkkihalli oli vähän ahdas, mutta onneksi ei ollut ihan täynnä.

Big room. Comfortable beds (two super kings in a family room). Quiet. Excellent breakfast. Right beside tram stop so easy to get about. Would stay again.

Some pros and cons; The gym was superb! The best hotel gym in Helsinki at least. Seems it will be moved in August though so not sure the hotel will even have a gym anymore. The breakfast was very crowded unfortunately. Would be nice if there was signs saying the fat % of the cottage cheese and the yoghurts. I had booked a room for three adults but the room we got had a very small and uncomfortable extra bed. The staff was very helpful in giving another room! The extra bed wasn’t however that much bigger though. The ac in the room wasn’t working super well. It was hot days in Helsinki and we thought the room was quite warm especially during the night.
