It's very old hotel and the bathroom smells. I've been to many Radisons and this is the most disappointing. And it's far from the city center, so it's very inconvenient. It's hard to find a good point in this hotel. 너무 낡고 화장실에서 냄새가 납니다. 래디슨을 많이 다녔는데 가장 실망스러웠네요. 그리고 시내까지 거리도 멀어서 불편해요. 장점을 찾기 어려운 호텔입니다.

I love Radisson Blue Seaside hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly, lovely, and professional. The hotel is well located and positioned. The room has two complimentary mineral water, electric kettle, and iron including instant coffee and tea.

Aamiainen oli todella kattava ja erinomainen! Huone oli tilava, siisti sekä toiveemme toteutettiin! Ainoa miinus, joka tulee mieleen oli se, että huoneessa oli aika kylmä. Tämä ei tosin ole iso miinus mutta ainoa asia joka havaittiin.

Das stimmt war wirklich schön und geräumig. Leider wurde uns beim Check-in mitgeteilt, dass unser zimmer doppelgebucht wurde und wir daher eine niedrigere Zimmerkategorie für die erste Nacht erhalten. Die Preisdifferenz wurde auch nach 5 Monaten noch nicht zurückerstattet, trotz mehrerer Mails mit dem Hotel hin und her. Die Sauna in der Suite hat zudem nicht zuverlässig funktioniert und musste während dem Aufenthalt zweimal zurückgesetzt werden, um dann nach kurzer Zeit wieder auszufallen.

Rude staff, lying staff. No assistance from staff. Low amenities! Not once did the staff offer any perks! Room was cold, heat never worked! Check in and checkout requires a long wait!!! Inept staff , or only one person ! Very disappointing stay!

There were several front desk agents who went far and beyond their job duties in assisting me. However my stay was not the best. The room was very cold and I end up getting a cold behind the poor heat in the room. I also had an unpleasant experience with the waitstaff in the restaurant.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Seaside Hotel, Helsinki for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay feel very comfortable from start to finish. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit different tastes, and it was a highlight of our mornings. We also really enjoyed using the gym, which was well-equipped and clean — a great bonus during a longer stay. Overall, a very pleasant hotel with great service, good facilities, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Helsinki.

Clean rooms, inconvenient location if travelling to the city centre by foot, otherwise public transport available nearby.
