숙박시설은 깔끔하고 직원분도 친절합니다. 다만, 노후된 건물의 느낌이 있어요. 아침 식사는 안했는데, 식사 공간은 좋아보였습니다. 역과 가까워서 위치는 좋지만 골목길 주변의 치안은 밤 늦게 돌아다니기엔 조금 무서웠습니다.

Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. They seem to work with a fixed budget, and one day after another the food became less various and stale. Croissansts and cakes were low quality, and couple of fruits that they offered were rotting in the inside. The service was terrible. Unkind and not willing to help with small requests such as receiving new set of towels. Not recommended.

great hotel. good staffs and nice breakfast. and close to the station. I would stay again.

다만 주위가 토리노중앙역이다보니 밤이시끄러울수있다는것이 단점 그외에 접근성이나 가격대비시설은 괜찮은편!

Cuscini che sapevano di grasso sintomo di un utilizzo prolungato e nessun lavaggio o cambio con prodotto nuovo. Nonostante abbia fatto presente in reception la cosa e mi abbiano consigliato di cambiarli con gli altri due di riserva in camera a che questi avevano un odore terribile con cui ho dovuto fare i conti tutta la notte. È inammissibile una cosa del genere, sintomo di scarsa pulizia e assenza totale di confort per il cliente! I cuscini sinigenizzano o si cambiano periodomente

An excellent hotel very close to Stazione Torino Porta Nuova. Great facilities and helpful staff. As a solo female traveller I would highly rate Hotel Urbani.

A pleasant hotel very close to Torino Centrale station and an easy walk to the main attractions of the city. Very personable, helpful staff. Room was pretty small but comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean but needed an upgrade, especially the shower are where the sealant and grouting need replacement. Good breakfast in a nice dining space.

Super handy to the main station if you’re only in Torino for a night or two. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, providing me a better hair dryer and a clothes steamer when I asked. The only quirk - and it wasn’t a problem - is they ask you to leave your room key/swipe at reception when you go out.

Estaba sucia la habitación y pidieron un deposito de 250 euros.
