Good location and friendly service. But the room is quiet small. If you go to Madrid alone with no need to have fancy room, Silken can be a good choice in terms of valie for money.

Hotel is in a very upmarket part of Madrid (Salamanca)but in a quiet side road which makes it ideal for seeing other interesting places. Lots of restaurants and posh shops in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have so can't comment. Single room was spacious and very clean.
