The rooms were very clean. The shower was very warm and we slept like babies!

We always stay at Ibis Valladolid on our travels. The staff are super-friendly and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable with a good restaurant. A great place to stay for on the road journeys.

No air conditioning again !!!!! Same as last trip . So hot in the room and air con blowing out hot air .

La atención de la encargada en la noche durante los días que estuve allí fue terriblemente grosera , hablando alto , las camareras muy desinteresadas en atender muy lento el servicio

Instalaciones, personal , limpieza, todo bien, está situado apartado de la ciudad y el transporte público no llega por allí

Check-in! I was invited to check in online prior to our arrival, this i did believing it would mean a quick check in on our arrival. I spent several minutes completing this, using my limited data allowance. On arrival no account of the online check in was taken and we had to spend several minutes completing registration - a complete waste of time Also parking is limited and exposed as the hotel is situated in an industrial area with no security

Buen desayuno, lejos del centro pero hay autobús el 24 que pasa enfrente

You asked a out check in. Did it online made no difference had to do it all again at the desk. ?? Girl on reception lovely but short staffed and obviously stressed. Waited 20 mins to be served by blinkered waitress. Ended up with two drinks from receptionist and more appologies wont be back.

Hotel was generally good but no grounds to speak of so walking the dog was not a particularly pleasant experience. Food and drink well priced but burger was raw.

As always a great stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was very good and we slept well, a very quiet room. Thank you, we look forward to staying with you again

Excelente hospedagem, dentro do parâmetro custo e benefício. Hotel limpo e agradável, com serviço de jantar, o que foi muito útil, e café da manhã incluído na estadia. Foi ótimo.
