방의 창문이 매우 더러웠습니다. 그래서 방에서 좋은 전망이 보이지 않았습니다.

The hotel really amazing. We all enjoy for it.

The room is so big with the best bird eye view of lake toya. Once you get there, just use all the facilities at the hotel, because it is far from the lake side if you wish to walk around the lake. Take enough food and snacks with you. Free shuttle is available to pick you up at the JR toya, and took about 30 minutes to finally arrive at the hotel. I enjoy the view and snow. The staffs are great. Definitely one of hotels I will always remember.

Too strict, too isolated, food too expensive

Location too isolated, cant go anywhere
