가격대비 좋아요. 전원플러그가 많아 IT device를 많이 쓰는 이세게 좋습니다. 아침식사 만족스러웠고 무엇보다도 프론트데스크에서의 교통안내는 최고였어요. 버스정류장이 마우 가깝고 맛난 식당과 가게들이 근처에 있어 만족합니다. 다음에 와도 여기에 묵을겁니다

홀리데이 인 익스프레스 호텔은 편안하고 안락한 호텔인것 같습니다. 가격부담도 적고 무료 아침식사도 마음에 듭니다. 다음 여행지에 이 호텔이 있으면 애용하겠습니다.

A lot of pubic hair in the shower. A lot!! At least 8-10 of them. How did they miss this during cleaning? Everything else was good. Staff during check in was very polite.

Great breakfast with lots of options and convenient location. Only complaint is that the AC in our room didn’t work and it was very hot at night even with the window open.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were absolutely superb when I rang re a late check in,also the restaurant that was recommended by the young man on reception was bang on. Breakfast was plentiful, all in all a very good hotel

Perfect stay, kind staffs

We stayed here as a stop over before travelling back to the UK. The location is great if you’re wanting to explore! It’s very clean, very comfortable bed and great use of space in the rooms. The staff appeared to have limited English or limited knowledge of things at times but all friendly enough. Limited signage in English. The breakfast was poor, it’s ok for a free breakfast but I’m very glad I paid nothing for it.

Excellent and functional stay - very close to bus stop which will take you right back to train, and short walking distance away from main square.

Very pleased with the hotel, room, breakfast, value and staff. We did have an issue on the last evening of our stay. We decided to have a couple of drinks at the hotel bar, (c 10.30pm). The one member of staff was dealing with a couple checking in. We waited for ten minutes, but another couple turned up to check in (long after we had started our wait at the bar), followed a few minutes later by more people arriving to check in. We were ignored at the bar, along with another gentleman and young lady. After a 20+minute wait, we (two couples) went to our room and retired for the night. I understand it is important to check people in, but each check in was taking more than ten minutes, and serving someone at the bar would take a much shorter period of time. I feel that if the hotel decides to use one member of staff only, then time management training is needed. We appreciate that the staff member should complete the check in procedure before serving us, but we should have been served before the next people who arrived for check in after our arrival at the bar. The hotel lost revenue, and disappointed four guests, and probably more.
