This hotel was satisfying in general. Staff were nice, the facilities were in a pretty good condition, and breakfast was great. The location is fantastic, just a few mins. walk from the central station.

중앙역 근처임에도 시끄럽지도 않고 조용하니 강가도 있고 좋아요!!! 숙박시설도 깨끗하고 다 갖춰져있고 무엇보다 시설이 깔끔해서 좋아요! 다만 화장실이 통유리라 불편해요..... 웁씌

깨끗하고 친절하고 위치 기차역옆이라 더좋고..후기가 좋은 이유를 알수있었습니다. 냉장고에 있는 음료수도 훌륭했고요

It was nice hotel just beside Nantes central station. If you use train, this hotel is best option.

As I arrived at the railway station of Nantes, it was very easy to reach the hotel as it was right next to the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, informing me everything that I need to know regarding my stay. The room was nice and clean with no bedbug. The WiFi was strong, and personally there is no such thing that you disappoint you. The overall stay was very satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel when some of my people plan to visit Nantes.

Insonorisation a revoir

This is the perfect hotel to stay at for Hellfest. Located right next to the train station, it made going back & forth to Clisson easy. We unfortunately don’t speak French and they have several staff members that speak very good English. The rooms are adorable and spacious for Europe, with a waterfall shower and mini fridge. It’s an easy walk to bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops, a 5 min walk to the castle and a 10 min Uber to THE GALERIE DES MACHINES, a must see.

Nice room, relaxing hotel. It was nice to look out the window at night at watch people coming and going from the central train station. Parking was not an issue. Would stay again

Preco Mercure com padrao abaixo de Ibis. Apartamento com cheiro muito forte de cigarro. Sem frigobar nem apoiador para mala. Pouco espaco de quarto. Box do chuveiro molha muito mesmo com as portas fechadas. Dava para ouvir o despertador do quarto vizinho. Dentre os Mercure’s utilizados, foi a pior experiencia

De l’accueil au départ, en passant par le petit déjeuner gargantuesque, tout était parfait.

Bon séjour globalement mais serveur petit déjeuner une nouvelle fois désagréable et limite hautain.

Tres propre et bien insonorisé, malgré la proximité avec la gare. Chambre un peu petite, mais confortable et parfait pour une nuit en transit.

Tres bon séjour mais un grave problème depuis 20 jours toujours pas de caution reversée d’un montant de 50 euros . L’hotel affirme ne pouvoir rien faire ??

Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hôtel Mercure. L’accueil par le réceptionniste a été courtois, même si une seule carte nous a été remise alors que nous étions quatre adultes. Ce n’était pas un problème en soi, mais une proposition de cartes supplémentaires aurait été appréciée. La suite était très belle et conforme à notre réservation, qui précisait bien un hébergement pour quatre adultes : un grand lit pour deux personnes et un canapé-lit pour deux autres adultes. Cependant, la literie laisse à désirer. Le matelas du lit principal était affaissé au centre, ce qui réduisait le confort. Mais le véritable problème concerne le canapé-lit : son matelas était beaucoup trop dur, presque comme du béton, rendant le couchage totalement inadapté pour des adultes. Il pourrait convenir à de jeunes enfants, mais certainement pas à des adultes, même jeunes. En revanche, le petit déjeuner était un vrai point positif : varié, de qualité, et servi dans une salle conviviale et agréable. En résumé, notre séjour a été plutôt satisfaisant, mais la literie, un élément essentiel dans un hôtel, mérite une réelle amélioration, en particulier pour les couchages d’appoint censés accueillir des adultes.

Beautiful, modern hotel right next to train station and car rentals. Easily accessible for persons with limited mobility. Beautiful, large bedroom with huge bathroom!
