우선 방이 넓고 매우 깨끗했어요 물도 잘 나왔습니다 스태프도 친절했고 슈퍼, 지하철 역, 켄싱턴 가든과 가까워 아이와 함께 가족여행하기 좋았어요! 조식도 간소하지만 가격 대비 매우 좋았습니다. 또 기회가 되면 갈거예요!

1인실 사용했는데 꽤 넓고 좋았습니다. 다만 금연룸이었으나 객실에서 담배 찌든냄새가 살짝 났습니다. 유럽건물의 특성상 창문사이로 찬바람이 들어와 조금 추웠습니다. 침구와 욕실의 청결함은 좋습니다.가격대비 훌륭하며, 조식은 저렴하지만 가격대비 역시 아주 훌륭합니다

Bayswater역, Queensway역에 인접해 있어서 이동하기 편리하였고, 근처에도 편의시설이 있어서 좋았어요. 호텔도 깔끔했고, 지내기 편하였습니다. 다음에도 이용할 것 같아요.

First room was quite noisy, was able to change rooms to a much quiter location. Breakfast was varied and filling. Location is great, multiple restaurants and few minutes to Bayswater tube stop.

Hotel accomodation OK and as expected. However, we chose the hotel partly because it had a bar. Upon arrival we were informed the bar opens at 4pm each afternoon and stays open until late. Thus we headed in to London and returned for 8pm to chill and have a few drinks in the bar. Upon return, we were informed the management had decided not to open the bar for reasons unknown.We were then promised bar would be open the next night. Similar story the next day with bar shut again! Very very disappointing and not at the satisfaction level I have come go expect from Expedia. Please could you look in to this on our be half?

Great stay

We had a great stay! The room was always clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the breakfast is a bit simple with no hot food. We had a fantastic stay otherwise! I also like how close you are to different tube stations and the neighborhood is so charming.

Small, cosy room on the lower ground floor. The double bed is a small double bed. Reception and bar staff were professional and friendly and everything was spotless. Great location too.

I can’t believe how uncomfortable my stay was. It was 5 degrees outside in November, yet my room felt like it was in the middle of summer. And the worst part? There was no actual thermostat. Just an old, outdated control unit that didn’t do anything. Huge red flag. I tried everything, opening the windows, fiddling with the old panel— but the room stayed insanely hot. Sleeping was nearly impossible. This was a really disappointing experience, and until they update their HVAC system so guests can control their own room temperature, I definitely won’t be back.

The place was lovely! The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had everything I needed from an electric tea kettle to a Nespresso and perfect little cookies to comfort my tummy. AND the bed was comfortable!
