호텔은 훌륭합니다만 16살이하의 어린이는 스파이용이 불가능합니다.

특급호텔의 그 값어치를 합니다. 하지만 스파는 한국인 스타일(극동아시아스타일)은 아닙니다. 수영복 같은거 입고가는 스타일이니 참고하세요.

투숙하면 룸당 스파 이용료 이십유로이고 꼭대기층에 수영장 있습니다. 스파 이용하면 습식, 건식 사우나, 스파(미지근한 물) 이용 가능합니다. 비시 시내와 가깝고 방 안에 욕조 있어서 목욕할 수 있습니다.

비시는 생소한 곳이지만, 다른사람 추천으로 좋은호텔에 머무르게 되었다. 한가지 몰랐던것은 수영복을 준비해 갔어야 함이었다. 어쨌던 프랑스호텔 치고는 넓고 안락함이 최고였다. 물론 가격대비. 그리고 스파는 미리 일주일치 예약을하고 가는것이 좋을듯하다. 우리 문화와 한가지 차이는 온천욕보다는 온천물을 마시는 것이었다.미네랄 성분이 많아서 마시면 건강에 좋다는 것인데 나름데로 설득력이 있는것 같다. 가족적인 분위기에서 한 일주일 잘 쉬고 왔다.

Chambre spacieuse, SDB parfait, calme

Lovely room overlooking the park. Great breakfast. Staff very helpful - we were able to store luggage after checking out and they called a taxi for us to get to our next destination. Spa facilities (which are not included in the room rate) were also great - and very clean. Would definitely stay again if visiting Vichy.

Really enjoyed this hotel, we have a lovely room with a large terrace overlooking the park. The room and bathroom were spotless and very well equipped. The staff were really helpful, from helping us park through reception to the staff in the bar and restaurants. Highly recommended

Very classy and well maintained hotel in the heart of Vichy. The staff were wonderful and the warm hand towel upon arrival was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean with a large soaker tub and walk in shower. The access to the Vichy spa was across a walking bridge so you could go in your bath robe .. A wonderful experience

Excellent hôtel. Cependant, cliente à trois reprises au cours des 5 années passées, je perçois une baisse dans la qualité du service. Ce sont de petits détails mais qui font que l’ont se sent bien. Bravo au personnel efficace et accueillant

Deluxe park view room - lovely view and quiet. Sun all afternoon. Room was spotless, check-in person was great, wifi - no problems.

Une caution de 100€ par personne a été retenue alors que tout le séjour etait deja payé. Le restaurant etait fermé….sans que cela ne soit précisé à la réservation et pour finir aucune climatisation dans la chambre - il a fallu dormir la fenêtre ouverte…pour une chambre de luxe avec terrasse sur le parc tout ceci est très décevant. Malgré nos signalements aux personnels on nous a fait comprendre que c etait comme ça - nous ne reviendrons pas
