시설이 깔끔하고 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 숙박 기간동안 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 구 시가지로 가는 에스컬레이터와 위치가 가깝고 호텔 바로 아래에 버스 터미널이 있습니다.

버스정류장 바로 옆에 있어 이동이 편리하고, 페루자 중심지나 외곽지역으로 이동도 편한 지역에 위치해있습니다. 방 시설도 나쁘지 않습니다. 있을 건 다 있고, 편리하네요. 다만 방음이 좀 문제입니다. 방끼리는 괜찮은데 복도의 소리가 다 들리네요. 그것만 제외하면 완벽했습니다.

Stayed for one night and it was a very welcoming hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choices and a well appointed room with fridge and tea kettle. Bathroom had a great shower with hot water and great water pressure Hotel was close to the bus and train stations and easy to get to old town by using the escalators which are a 2 minute walk. We had a rental car and a pay parking lot was a 5 minute walk (drop suitcases off at the drive up - check in and then park in the lot). Very good for one night and would have been a great place for a longer stay. Highly recommend

The staff were very helpful (and patient!). Breakfasts were great, and location near the escalators to the main square brilliant. Taxis came promptly when ordered via the desk.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very satisfied. The location is great: just a minute’s walk from the bus terminal (perfect for our day trip to Assisi) and easy escalator access to the city center. Rooms were spacious for a European hotel, and the modern facilities are well-maintained. The included breakfast was satisfactory. Note that the gym and pool require an extra fee - I didn’t have time to use them anyway, but it was a bit surprising.

Everything was wonderful and the staff were very helpful. Only 2 problems: finding the entrance (more signs needed with explanations) and parking was difficult in that area.

We left with mixed feelings about this place. The room was clean and practical with a small balcony and nice view out on parts of the city (not the center). It also included the busy roundabout next to the building, however. The old town is easy to teach within a 10-15 min walk. The hotel breakfast has a nice overall variety. Quality is mixed, however (vegetables appeared to be from a glass/can, bread rolls were consistently dry, coffee from a machine and in tiny cups). The hotel appears to cater to large travel groups, which block tables in the breakfast room and create high loads during peak breakfast hours. This leads to a very crowded feeling and a lot of dirty dishes left on tables (it seemed like every day, a sole staff member was in charge of cleaning up tables of what must have been 30+ people finishing up around the same time at peak hour). We had no trouble finding a parking spot in the public parking area at the St. Anna train station down the road from the big roundabout, which was especially practical as it also has a EV charging station. As we were using our car for most of the day to go to other places around Perugia, we found this to be the better alternative compared to the friendly upselling attempt for a €20/night parking in a neighboring garage (without mention of the other options), as overnight street parking is free after 8/9 pm depending on location (capacity is limited, however).

O hotel é muito bem localizado, praticamente em frente as escadas rolantes que levam ao centro velho. Tem um bom parking ao lado por 20 euros a diaria. O quarto e o banheiro são bem grandes, novos e muito confortaveis. O unico ponto que poderia melhorar seria o cafe da manha, que apesar de ter bastante variedade não tem muita qualidade.

This is a very nice full service hotel in good location for taking escalators up to the old city. Clean room. Great breakfast.

Everything VERY good except the choice of oppressively hot room or very noisy street (located between major traffic circle and Perugia's main bus terminal. Great staff. Good beds and showers etc. Above average breakfast buffet, except for the vending machines for coffee (no staff making). Bring a travel mug if you prefer American style coffee. Their only mugs are espresso or double espresso sized, not even cappuccino size available.

Great place to stay with a kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was served in a clean and organized manner, delicious foods and drinks readily available. 10/10

When I decided to return to Perugia, I wanted above all to stay here again. Its location is convenient, everything runs smoothly, staff are helpful, and there is a buffet breakfaast with an enormous choice.
