언덕위 바다 조망의 깨끗하고 안락한 호텔이었습니다. 객실 크기는 비교적 큰 편이었고, 직원들도 친절했으며, 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 사용해본적은 없으나 수영장과 자쿠지 등도 무료로 이용가능하다고 합니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 욕실의 샤워 수도꼭지가 매우 독특한 (구형의?) 방식의 것이라 사용에 어려움이 컸던 것 입니다 (비슷한 후기들이 많이 보이네요). 반드시 호텔 직원을 호출해서 샤워 사용법을 충분히 익혀두시길 추천합니다.

No did not get a beach view ,although room was clean, staff are very helpful outer side badly needing painting and smartning up, no food at this hotel u have to go next door to the Carleton hotel. Fire alarm went off late thursday night but it was ok maybe a bug in the sensory thing in the rooms? Noisy people next door to me doors banging loud conversation so not much sleep had!

It was like faulty towers and everyone else said so too so wasn’t just me. Whatever cd go wrong did all the time. I’m exhausted and need a holiday to get over such a nightmare. My mother left a day early. I wd hv done too but was visiting my son.

The staff (Jamal) were friendly and welcoming. The hotel however is tired and requires a makeover and updating.

Had to use caltons facilities only room was in east cliff and the parking there is shocking way over priced i payed over £30 for the night.

This hotel was closed on my arrival with a note on the door asking all guests to go next door to the Carlton Hotel.

The room was clean and nice. The shower doesn’t mix hot and hold water properly Breakfast was very good but dinner was average

Looks nothing like the photos you see online. Really run down property. Was told I would have a double bed. Was two singles put together. Rock hard bed and pillows. No dressing gowns in the room like shown on photos. Bathroom had toilet roll down it still from previous guest. Dust all over furniture and tv. Hair dryer in the room didn’t work. Most the bulbs in the room need replacing as they are blown. The windows didn’t shut in the room as they are broken and need attention. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from other neighbours staying. No bar no restaurant on site at the property but says online that there is. Staff are friendly but due to everything else I wouldn’t come back.

I didn't actually stay east cliff as it was shut but I was not informed of this. A note was posted on the door that told me to go to the hotel next door. The man who checked me in seemed very overwhelmed and very little information about anything. My room was incredibly hot throughout my stay. I fed back about this numerous times but nobody cared. I couldn't sleep because it was so hot and was unable to turn the radiators down. I was advised to open the window but was on the ground floor and even though there were cables they could have been easiy cut and as a woman travelling alone I didn't want to do this. Lots of police and people hanging around near the hotel so didn't feel super staff. Really didn't enjoy this stay. It was pretty awful all round. Room very tired, spelt moldy.

I booked a two-night stay, arriving on the 20th, with check-in scheduled for 4:00 pm. I have been a loyal customer of this hotel for many years, dating back to its time under the Hallmark brand and later the Menzies Hotel Group, and I continued to stay regularly until the COVID period, and one visit prior to this since, I do understand covid change their hospitality business but noting should have effected general running and courtesy On this occasion, I booked through Hotels.com as it was an affordable short break. This stay was particularly important to me, as it was intended to give me the chance to get out of the house and gently improve my mobility following recent knee surgery. After a long period of recovery, this short break meant a great deal to me both physically and mentally. Given my long-standing history with the hotel and the personal circumstances surrounding this visit, I felt it was important to share this context with you. When my partner and I arrived at approximately 3:50 pm, we entered the hotel before unloading our luggage, as we noticed that the car park was now managed by a private parking company. This was £20.00 per night which of course we paid without hesitance on line even though The hotel appeared completely empty, and our vehicle was the only one in the car park. As we approached the building, everything gave the impression of being neglected and unwelcoming. i would like to send you full details of this horrendious experience
