언덕위 바다 조망의 깨끗하고 안락한 호텔이었습니다. 객실 크기는 비교적 큰 편이었고, 직원들도 친절했으며, 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 사용해본적은 없으나 수영장과 자쿠지 등도 무료로 이용가능하다고 합니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 욕실의 샤워 수도꼭지가 매우 독특한 (구형의?) 방식의 것이라 사용에 어려움이 컸던 것 입니다 (비슷한 후기들이 많이 보이네요). 반드시 호텔 직원을 호출해서 샤워 사용법을 충분히 익혀두시길 추천합니다.

Bad war okey. Zimmer zu heiss. Fenster konnten nur 3 cm geöffnet werden. Mobile Klimaanlage sehr laut und zu wenig power. Einzelzimmer zuhinterst. Mit Koffer fast unmöglich 3 Türe, 8 Treppen. Bar war nicht offen .

Bad war sehr gut. Das Zimmer sehr warm, Fenster konne nur 5 cm geöffnet werden. Mobiler Ventilator sehr laut. Das Einzelzimmer befand sich on der hintersten Ecke! Aussen sehr heruntergekommen und innen sehr alt.

Staff were good and helpful room was clean and tidy didn't use bar or the national park

Wi fi did not work, parking charge was daylight robbery , swimming pool was in the hotel next door. Room was never refreshed, bathroom door would not close properly and the hotel was overall very scruffy. I would not stay there again.

Was put in sister hotel NO food or drink there had to walk in pouring rain across car park to get even a drink!!! to main hotel. Long walk then to room which were ok. Wouldn't recommend.

it was good the stay and my room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy the dissappointing thing was there was no bathrobe in the room

The parking was £20 to stay for 24 hours. The WiFi did not work. The tap in the bathroom leaked and twisted. The window would not shut properly. The plug sockets were barely holding on to the wall.

Room: super hot, no air conditioning, had to ask for a fan that moved hot air around. Window opened 2 cm only. No wifi or network signal AT ALL. A black hole. No amenities in the hotel, had to walk to the sister hotel for a drink or ice or a swim. No food or bar on the premises. I booked the hotel for my daughter and she left after two nights only because she was fed up. Never again.

Very disappointing stay unfortunately as the hotel was advertised as having a bar and restaurant. Neither of which were in use. I was told to use the sister hotel down the road. I checked out a day early and have emailed the manager asking for a refund for that night and have heard nothing. The manager is also at the sister hotel which means hotels.com haven’t been able to contact him on my behalf.

The hotel is in need of significant refurbishment and appears to be quite run-down. There were several issues during my stay, including a blocked toilet, a bath that drained poorly and filled up due to a blockage no aerial TV connection and no Wi-Fi access in the room. I would not expect these kinds of problems from a hotel in the UK. While the location is good the maintenance issues need to be addressed and resolved as a priority.

Breakfast was good but had to walk next door for meals and all activitys. Not very good, the room was ok and clean shower was in the bath , and it wasnt very good.we would not stay there again.

Right in the beach front which is lovely however when arriving i noticed the pool was shut so i was tokd i can use the pool next door the carlton hotel , i arrived on the hottest day of the year it was so hot but when i got to my room it was even more hotter there is no air conditioning and also noticed the bathroom heater was on , i asked the house keeping team coulld i have a fan and the ladys attitude was very rude said no there all out in other peoples rooms not even a sorry , however reception staff are nice and friendly, where are the house keepers common sence when cleaning rooms turn the bloody heating off as the switch was left on , also if staying in this hotel dont forget to take a fan with you .

Outside of hotel very shabby, inside looked a lot nicer. No facilities such as catering and spa etc all had to used at their sister hotel next door. Offered sea view room at additional cost, which we did not require. When we got to our room it had a sea view anyway. Room was a good size and clean and comfortable. Parking on site offered as available on arrival yes parking available at £20 per day, no fee was mentioned in the advert, so would have been nice to know in advance, no reduction for guests staying at hotel…

messed up my booking and the staff were very accommodating and understanding!

There was nothing bad with my stay but a number of things could have been better and could have disrupted my stay. WiFi didn’t work. Breakfast was at another hotel As was the amenities. Car park was 20£ for a day. Room bin wasn’t empty. Toilet hadn’t been flushed. Shower didn’t have hot water so had a bath. I slept well and was in and out quickly but it was a work trip so different perspective for me.

Absolutely no amenities. Breakfast is at the hotel next door. The pool is the hotel next door. No phone in the room to contact reception. Power outlet by the bed is not standard. Shower was a trickle in the morning.

Very disappointing experience. What you see advertised is absolutely not what you get. The hotel claims to offer facilities and services that simply do not exist. There was no restaurant or bar available during our stay — we were actually told to go next door if we wanted food or drinks. The entire place felt neglected and abandoned. From the moment you walk into reception, you can immediately sense there is no atmosphere or life in the hotel. The rooms were dusty and poorly maintained to the point we almost left the very same night. It’s a real shame because the property itself could have potential, yet even the swimming pool was covered with a tent and looked completely unused. The only positive part of our stay was the staff, who were polite and tried their best despite clearly working with very little support. Sadly, I would not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the experience shown in the advertisements

No did not get a beach view ,although room was clean, staff are very helpful outer side badly needing painting and smartning up, no food at this hotel u have to go next door to the Carleton hotel. Fire alarm went off late thursday night but it was ok maybe a bug in the sensory thing in the rooms? Noisy people next door to me doors banging loud conversation so not much sleep had!

It was like faulty towers and everyone else said so too so wasn’t just me. Whatever cd go wrong did all the time. I’m exhausted and need a holiday to get over such a nightmare. My mother left a day early. I wd hv done too but was visiting my son.
