Séjour de 2 jours pour la 2 eme fois Personnel du bar très sympa Accueil très pro et rapide à l’arrivée Mais gros soucis la deuxième nuit On a découvert un cafard sur le rideau de la chambre On l’a ramené en bas au bar et la dame a appelle un de ses collègues pour lui montrer Nous a propose de nous offrir un verre pour s’excuser mais elle n’y était pour rien Par contre très grande déception du jeune qui tenait la réception le lendemain vers 9 h 30 lors de notre départ : mêle pas une excuse ,il a juste dit que cela pouvait arriver lors du ménage quand on ouvrait les fenêtres … Franchement ,il devrait changer de job . Un petit mot de compassion aurait été souhaitable

Everything was excellent as always. The hotel is quirky in style and design but super clean and the rooms are luxurious. Staff are super helpful and always go the extra mile. Breakfast superb. We always have a lovely time in Metz

Lovely hotel, our third time staying here. Service excellent, staff friendly & helpful as always. Only complaint is there was no milk in our room to have with our coffee.

Excellent hotel from easy parking car to check in, breakfasts are amazing - so much choice. We have stayed a couple of times now on our way to our chalet and we always enjoy the break.

Fantastic hotel with the most friendly people.

Stayed for one night on trip to Italy. Hotel was fine but secure parking was important to me. Hotel messaged few days prior to stay to ask if parking was required, I replied stating yes please book me a space. However on arrival we were informed their secure car park was full but there was an outdoor public car park a few hundred yards away…. I feel I should have been made aware of this prior to arrival

Une valeur sûre sur Troyes. Jamais déçu de mes séjours. Encore plus depuis qu’il a entièrement été rénové. Personnel TOUJOURS souriant et avenant. Merci

A real luxury hotel, with excellent amenities and supeb decor throughout. Would definitely stay again and only wish we could have stayed longer this time
