Beautiful view and great location

It’s beautiful and friendly staff.

Not only did we have to pay for parking but the garage literally damaged my car everytime I would come and go my car scraped on the ground ..and the rooms were extra small was expected bigger for the price.

Great location. We had a poolside room that we were very happy with. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Close proximity to the ocean meant falling asleep to the sound of waves every night. The bedding and pillows are fabulous.

We had restful quality time Staff very responsive to any need. Snack we had was delicious ( smoked salmon on sour dough bread) Room immaculate, quiet. The pacific coastal walkway adjacent to property was Breathtaking, and the beach was clean and beautiful! Would go back in a minute!!

Beautifully updated and well appointed with spectacular ocean views

The property driveway was closed off so there was no where to park to check in. It took three calls to finally get to the front desk. They informed me there was a parking lot I could park in. Once parked the process was smooth. I think that if the main parking lot for check in is closed(the main entrance) that this should be shared in an email on where to park so we can check in.

Casa Loma is welcoming in every way beginning with the complimentary welcome cocktail offered by friendly staff. The location can’t be beat, right on the beach. The amenities were great, especially the cozy nook and tables set up to play backgammon. Great vibe and wonderful place to stay.

Property send to still be undergoing renovation. Front driveway was closed the entire stay. Extremely annoying. Need better signage in the hotel. Elevators are spotty as well. Lastly, rooms are small and showers leak to the floor easily.

It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The decor inside was also beautiful. Many restaurants were in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!
