16세기 저택을 개조해서 만든 호텔이라 더욱 더 특별한 경험을 했습니다. 프라이빗한 느낌의 이 호텔은 직원들고 친절하고 서비스가 상당히 높습니다. 4시~6시에는 티타임으로 티와 다과가 무료로 제공 됩니다. 조식은 한번쯤은 꼭 드셔보시길 권합니다. 호텔안에 도서관,바,식당,수영장,옥상 테라스 등 즐길거리가 많으며 하루 반나절쯤은 호텔 안에서 시간을 보내도 좋습니다. 자전거도 무료 대여가 되니 해변을 따라 라이딩 하는것도 추천합니다

Hotel Gute lage konntest viel zu Fuß und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Hatten viele kleinere Tiere im Zimmer. Frühstück Auswahl für die 10 Tage zwar sehr gut aber die Auswahlmöglichkeiten sehr gering.

Absolutely gorgeous property and close to everything

Can’t recommend highly enough. The staff are so kind and friendly making you feel like you're staying with family. They went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble and made the stay extra special. The location is so central and easy to walk to everything. The rooftop terrace was my favourite spot, so peaceful with sounds of the birds and church bells, away from the bustle of the city. Don’t miss out on the breakfasts, I think we tried all the options, they were all amazing! The only downside is having to leave!

Schön die Palazzo-Atmosphäre (Architektonisch und einrichtungsmässig).Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr ruhig, zum Atrium hin gelegen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Konzeptionsbedingt kann manches nicht geboten werden, wie z.B. eine Hotelbar. Es gibt kleine Mängel in der Ausstattung, wie ein klappriger Aufzug und eine wackelnde Toilette. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

There was no way to call reception from the room, or from anywhere - very difficult to get in touch with anyone when things are broken or go wrong. Otherwise, a nice hotel, but for the price similar hotels in the area offer a much better all around service.

Eine außergewöhnliche Locarion mit wunderschönem Ambiente in einem sehr alten Stadtpalast. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und der Service in dem kleinen Hotel ganz hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist absolut topp.

This was the most incredible experience. It’s boutique hotel and masterpiece. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and going above and beyond to make your visit pleasurable. We loved everything and night teas on Terrace watching to Cathedral was mesmerizing.

By far the most memorable hotel experience EVER!! The Hotel was a dream come true in very possible way! From excellent bedding to over all vibe! Most delicious breakfast and the atmosphere was an encounter most incredible!!

It was alright , good location. Heart of palma , close to everything . However very disappointing that water bottles were not provided even though concierge said we would get one complimentary bottle per day . Some days they forgot to give us , when I asked for it , they billed it to the room .
