짧은 기간이었지만 가성비가 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 추천합니다.

Expensive for the amount you pay. There is no hot water in the shower. It’s just lukewarm. One lady at the front desk said we can checkout at 12:30 but the other lady (Ximena) said we cannot. Overall you would expect better customer service.

Hôtel calme (=chambre 5e étage donnant sur terrasse) propre, wifi, ascenseur... Eurêka rue non commerçante au sens de Palma (=petites épiceries), 1km de la place d'Espagne (=proximité centre ville, station intermodale..). Bon sejour.

Tudo incrível, próximo de tudo , vc consegue caminhar por todo o centro e conhecer as áreas turísticas. E ainda fica perto da estação intermodal

Malgré un bon accueil et un joli lobby, la chambre était très décevante. L’eau de la douche était marron quand on voulait de l’eau chaude, le sol était en mauvais état. Seul point positif le lit qui était confortable. Le rapport qualité prix n’était pas la.

Take ear plugs as noisy with drilling from workers nearby Also I noticed the day before that my booking was for one person but I'd booked a double room. I searched the accommodation for a single person room and for a double room , the price was £2 more. I contacted the hotel and they stated there was a supplementary fee of €30 for the extra person. I contacted Hotels.com who were very helpful and contacted the hotel, the response was to pay the €30 supplementary fee at the hotel. When I got to the hotel I stated the problem and the receptionist stated the fee was still to be paid. Our room was 2 bedroomed with a double bed and a single bed!

Belle chambre confortable, bien située pour visiter Palma. Des voisins bruyants mais les boules Quiès ont sauvé notre nuit.
