Todo fue increíble! Era una área bien bonita y el locación fue increíble por el precio y los beneficios de nuestra estancia. Todos que nos ayudaron fueron muy amables y todo estaba limpio y estaban listos para ayudarnos cuando lo necesitábamos.

El hotel limpio muy buena atención tranquilo seguro ideal más si vas en familia y querés sentirte como en casa muchas gracias volvería en otra oportunidad

There were cockroaches in the room.

Great little place on the beach. Staff at the restaurant/bar were excellent. No frills place.. but clean and good location walk out and there are 50 places to eat.. taco stands were amazing

Excelente ubicación,cerca de el malecón y zonas comerciales y de comida, personal muy amable y servicial, fácil acceso a la playa, desayuno cumplio las expectativas, rico y siempre disponible, volvería a reservar sin ningún problema

Property was clean. Very basic room. Upgrade to ocean front/view for sure. Front desk staff and male security kind. The female security guard was intrusive and did not appear to like people. There is a long lost of rules once you check in. Absolutely no eating any food or beverages of any kind on the hotel premises only in your room unless you purchase food or beverages from them then you can. You can't even sit in lobby...and the female security will threaten police. THIS made me feel unwelcome and I will never book again. Zero fun here way too intrusive. Better to go elsewhere.

The pool was good and rooms were ok but the bathroom was in need of a update. Beach was all rocky . The female security person was very hostile. Glad we only stayed 2nights there are better options.

This was a great hotel, centrally located, tons of restaurants nearb. The rooms were super clean and the staff very very friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and its wonderful Mexican charm. Everything was well taken care of with excellent staff that did everything possible to make a pleasant stay. Another good point was they didn't inflate the price because of the Easter weekend. We were shocked by some. Will definitely return if we need a few nights between or on either end of our winter stay. It's not a 5star all inclusive but a nice secure Mexican hotel on the beach. Ocean view is fantastic.

Deberían de colocar agua embotellada en las habitaciones,el baño no tenía buena presión en sus descargas,el primer día había un olor raro . No hay menú variado en el restaurante para desayunar.

Wow! What an excellent property . The location is perfect and the views are stunning . The staff were incredibly accommodating and even let us check in early . Would recommend for families or couples . The breakfast was plentiful and tasty .

The noise late night from other rooms was so terrible.

Location, service, and beach view

The location was great. This place has authentic Mexican charm. The staff are great! The breakfast is basic but sufficient. I would stay there again.
