조용하고 깨끗하며 특히 룸서비스 조식이 인상적이었다. 직원들의 친절도 매우 만족스러웠다.

Went really well. Minor issue with the breakfast ordering. Was not told at checkin that it needs to be pre ordered so we missed out on that.

Very friendly helpful staff, many restaurants and safe, clean property.

Gorgeous property, smaller size, comfy beds and great staff.

Amazing hotel all around. From the friendly staff to the clean rooms. The breakfast is the selling point for me. For the fact they deliver it to your room at the time you choose. Thank you I will definitely be returning.

very clean with lots of drinking and dinning choice near by. hotel is next to large marina with opportunities to walk and explore. weather in summer is perfect.

A very enjoyable stay on the waterfront. Staff were friendly, room was clean, property was very quiet & peaceful. Breakfast was simple and convenient. Beds were comfortable.

The property was nicely maintained, however once in our room TV did not work and neither did internet ALL night. We had to wait for a manager the next day to help. When my spouse went to front desk to ask for help he was ignored then once She came over she ( manager)was rude and condescending. My husband asked if they could fix issues or switch rooms. He was told we would have to check out by 9am it was 7:50am and make a new reservation and come back after 3pm mind you we had paid for 2 nights. ( I was on stairs above and could hear whole conversation) My husband explained he didn’t understand why we couldn’t get help or room switched with out checking out and why we couldn’t be just moved he was told it had to do with housekeepers.. He then was tools again we must check out and make new reservation .. He then said I guess we will just leave? The manager, then replied that’s fine and walked in her office and slammed the door. I took a second to call my husband down from above, and then I came to the front desk to have a conversation. She changed the entire story and tried to make my husband look like a liar however, she did not understand that I witnessed the whole event from above eventually, we were removed and we were thankful we were told our room was an upgrade because it had a view. she acted like I was supposed to be grateful for getting a window view when we had gone without some of the amenities all night and had paid almost $600 for two nights..

Outstanding customer service, beautiful room (clean, gorgeous view) and excellent location.

Located right on the wharf, overlooking the sailboats, this hotel was a bargain within walking distance of restaurants and free parking and breakfast. Quiet and clean and comfortable. Paul the night manager was great!

It was the perfect boutique hotel for our stay. The patio that opened to a lovely grassy area was perfect for travelers with pets and the view was stunning.

Room was good. Staff friendly. Love the location.

I’ve got to give a big shout out to Paul at the front desk. Upon check in, he gave me all the local knowledge, right down to where to watch the sunset. I really enjoyed my stay and even though it was a work week, I was easily able to enjoy the Everett waterfront.

Elizabeth and Paul were outstanding managers at this location and make sure that our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Both were extremely professional.

Very nice with a complementary breakfast

Being able to walk to the Naval base, restaurants and coffee makes this an amazing spot! Being on the water is an extra bonus!!
