The staff went out of there way to get us into our room. The room itself was pretty run down. Great 2 bed layout but carpet had stains and the TV did not work in the main bedroom. And the TV in the living room I don’t know if it was the feed but kept stalling and going on and off

A perfectly adequate room for a short stay for a weekend wedding. The pros: Our room was spacious, clean, recently updated, no cigarette smell, the AC unit worked really well, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The attached Denny's is very convenient, especially for meeting up with a small-to-medium sized group of people. The cons: The indoor pool is heavily featured but was not open and apparently hasn't been open for about a year, there is only an elevator in the part of the building with suites so be prepared to haul luggage up 1 or more short flights of uneven stairs. The ongoing renovation does not inspire a lot of confidence when you arrive, especially with lack of safety and accessibility features like missing handrails on both sides of the staircases, peeling wallpaper, unfinished walls etc., but our room felt like an oasis in the chaos.

Rooms dont have phones. Property was under renovations so it was a bit disheveled. They dont have elevators. The staff were wonderful

The room was clean and comfortable. There was no elevator to the floor we were on. and I do not do stairs well. Hallways and stairways a bit grungy. Looks like they are in the process of doing some work in those, but that it's going very slowly. Nice having a Denny's in the building

This room was booked primarily for the pool. No one informed me that was out of commission for repairs. I found this out the day of checking in and was unable to cancel without penalty. Also, we required an elevator for a party member and there was none. The hotel did accommodate a lower floor, however, stairs were still a requirement.

There on Grad weekend only thing we think to make better unlock back gate to get to parade route would be great

I like the restaurant, the food is good and easy to access. as well as the staff is very polite. I didn't like that my neighbor right across the hallway like to keep the door open and talk loudly on his phone with his mother. it was necessary for me to ask him to kindly close the door. I noticed more than just the neighbor but there were a few occupants who were very loud and had loud guests until almost 10:00 p.m. before it became quiet. I'm an early bird so I like to be in bed before 9: 00pm cuz I get up early.

The manager was very friendly and helpful but the other front desk staff treated us like criminals for having dogs even though it was booked as a pet friendly room. Hotel is under renovation. It was dirty, no elevator. The room was tiny and had plumbing issues. TV barely worked. Shampoo holder popped off the wall while showering, just missed my foot. The attached restaurant gave us a meal which was so greasy we couldn’t finish it.

Bathroom was filthy. Walls stained and sink was crusted over with grime. Tv was constantly Losing connection. Disappointing.

Rooms were clean , the pool was under renovation but don't think it was posted on the website.

We only Booked for the pool for our kids. Super dissatisfied that the hotel was under renovation. There was never a mention of it when we booked. I felt like we could have known in advance and then made a decision.

Light in my room flickered and there was hair on my bed

The suite was well worth the money. The full kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, etc. that anyone needs for overnight or longer.

Adequate place to stay. Needs some improvements

The suites are older and the set up is very odd. The newer hotel rooms are better. It is under renovation and the pool isn’t working. Good hospitality, front desk nice and helpful. They were accommodating. Rooms were clean. They’re trying to update it. It was centrally located and close to amenities. Unfortunately there was smoking in room next to us so they moved us to a suite at midnight. Denny’s is located at the ground floor.

We come to Williams Lake about 3-4 times a year. This was our first time staying at the Sandman Inn but it won’t be our last. Totally updated, modern, immaculate rooms and service. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Many convenient plug-ins for all our devices! I highly recommend this property :)
