Renovation going on! This stay was "just" okay. Nothing special stuck out as noteworthy. Nice to have Denny's restaurant connection.

The toilet is not clean

I stayed overnight in my way to Prince George. Quick check-in, great bedding and pillows and very quiet. They are doing renovations, but I wasn’t woken by them starting too early. As a solo female traveller, I would stay here again.

Room was not the cleanest and lights didn’t work

I will not stay here again. Even though I knew they were under renovation, I woke up early and felt so mad when the loud noises started at 7 am-ish. Just terrible! They were drilling around, and it felt like it was in my own room. When I communicated this to the receptionist, she apologized but said it shouldn’t have happened. Don’t stay there.

Staff was solid especially Dorian, he was able to sit out rooms to 2 buddies who had issues at other hotels

The hotel was in terrible shape! Half done renovations all over. The tap for the tub wouldn't stop dripping and the ac auto shut off after 10 minutes. On top of all of that they had a group of preteens running up and down the halls for over an hour and thier advise was to "deal with it"!!! Williams lake doesnt exactly have a lot of options but this is almost my last.

Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in years and probably the worst location. But you know what was awesome? The front desk guy. He was the coolest most awesome check in person I've had i think ever! Local from town. Whatever negative thing i has to say about the mostly bad room was negated by that dude. Will stay there again just because of him.

The room is 1970 style, the place smells, the police were all around the hotel capturing people at night. The beds are terrible and airconditioning is like a jet engine running, Garbage in microwave, not clean. This was the worst place we stayed on our trip to the north, probably top 3 worst place ive ever stayed in my life. I could go on about all the issues but ill leave it at that. Dont stay here.

This property is a bit outdated and can use some improvements. No tv remote,

The hotel wasn't the best. There were renovations going on so our floor had zero carpet and drywall, the floors and walls were down to the bare wood. This made for a very noisy night, every door open/close and steps on the wood was loud and jarring. Front desk were not very personable and knowledgeable of things.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Close to amenities. Easy to park.

The night shift staff is absolutely terrible. They need to be taught what customer service actually is. They need to know that they have a wierd location of the hotel and not everyone understands where to enter the building just by hand gestures.

Great rate the rooms were nice and clean even while they are doing renovations .
