Everything was great but the pool closed at 9. Our kids was very disappointed.

I booked a room that they don’t provide anymore and played extra for it. Spoke with customer service and have not received an email like they said I would get. They don’t have a room with a jacuzzi if you are looking to book that room and it’s still on here.

The staff was professional, kind and polite. Our room was clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

The gentleman at the front desk when I arrived was so friendly. He was the last friendly person I would encounter at this hotel. It was " ok" as far as clean, corners obviously don't get attention. The hotel apparently has a towel shortage. I contemplated going out to buy my own. The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and condescending.

The stay was perfect very quiet and comfortable!

James at the checkin desk was excellent! Very professional and he explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Very impressed with grab bars whiched help my husband feel secure. Thank you James & Comfort Inn Suites.

Bathroom update would be nice. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

The mattresses and pillows were the poorest quality that I’ve experienced at a hotel. The mattress was lumpy, squeaky, and had a deep dip in the middle. The pillows too were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Very clean. Most helpful caring staff i have ever had the pleasure to meet. And i travel extensively throughout multi states.

My family. All 7 of us. Parents age 88, 79. Dad legally blind. Myself and 4 son's. Had major house repairs. I was gone alot. During morning breakfast the staff made sure my parents were able to get breakfast and served to there table. Clean room's and hallways always.

I travel a lot. And i must admit this is one of the best places i have had the pleasure to stay at. I had major house repairs being done and needed 3 rooms. One was for my elderly parents. Father is legally blind and mother is 88. Many morning i was unable to assist them with breakfast and they helped make sure they were taken care of . Rooms were clean and staff was awesome. Thank you

Beds were very comfy.. room smelled like stale smoke though..

Found ticks on two of us. Daughter said she felt bugs crawling on her at night. Found a pile of ants eating some food by the pull out. Pool was nasty, you could see stuff floating on top and couldn’t see the bottom. Complained to hotels.com and got 15% off. I booked this because the high ratings. Absolutely incorrect. They must be written by bots with AI.

No housekeeping on the weekends. We asked for more blankets and was told they didn’t have any and was given a shower curtain as a blanket.

The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Bed was very comfortable.

Actually,the hotel itself is decent.My only complaints are that the have 1 waffle maker, which makes for long waits during the weekend.The channels did not work,other than the lower ones.

The room had a bad smell and there were mysterious stains on the walls. Staff offered a refund or something to spray in the room for the smell.

They were very friendly when I am Deaf. Most of them were aware of it and great place to stay! My first time book a hotel in Michigan!
