Very nice

적당히 하루 잘 쉬고 아침밥도 먹고 좋았습니다.

호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 좋으나 라스베가스 중심거리에서 너무 멀리 떨어져있어 불편.. 차가 많이 막히는시간에 이동하다보니 20분이 넘게 걸림. 메인 스트리트에서 지낼거라면 중심가 호텔이 편할 듯..

All the staff were very friendly. Room was soo nice and clean.

The beds was comfy and the breakfast was excellent

We liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, breakfast was good, pool was not open and they still put it in the advertisement for the hotel. Parking was very convenient but the property needed some upgrades like the elevator and walls, etc.

This hotel is the Worst holiday Inn that I have stayed over the last thirty years. I stayed there for 4 nights in a row and they NEVER cleaned my room or changed my bed sheets or gave new towels! I told the manager about this after ny second day and he said he would correct this but did nothing for the next two days! Never worry about the customer and the maintence of their room!

Fire alarm kept going off during our stay. When it finally stopped the lights inside our room were still blinking making it hard to sleep.

The front desk staff was extremely nice. I would stay there again for that reason alone. The beds are very comfy, room needs new carpet. I walked around the room the 1st night putting our things away. When i looked at my feet they where so dirty. You can feel the stickiness on the rugs.

Amenities and Staff are great, the hotel does need renovation but it didn't effect our experience. Breakfast was great! Will be coming back next year again.

everything was great only thing that was a bother that happened was the fire alarm went on all day saturday but not the staffs fault they did their best to fix the issue but the system was the problem. overall great staff and stay

An absolute joke. Cockroaches on my wall. Front desk screwed up with my card at check in. Calls me 2xs and wakes me up at 10:45pm threatening to kick us out if we don't come down to the desk and fix billing that they screwed up. Utter loss of words for how terrible it was

Clerk , efficient, no personality, no smile No one at counter when I arrived , bell on counter to ring? Waited 5 min the clerk came in front door?
