호텔은 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절해요. 슈퍼마켓도 가까워요! 여기서 묵는 게 정말 좋아요. 관광지와는 거리가 좀 있지만 대중교통 이용만 잘 된다면 괜찮아요.

고맙습니다. 내년에도 다시 갈게요.

추천, 가까운 공항 접근성, 대중교통 접근성, 객실 분위기, 맛있는 커피. 24시간 피자도 있어요

The hotel was located close to Tram and Train station, room was nice and clean. The supermarket near hotel is also good, there are 2 supermarket.

Hotel samgat strategis, cukup jalan 400 meter ke halte trem, sampai pusat kota dslam hitungan menit, ke airport pun dekat, pilihan yang tepat.

I booked a room with 2 twin beds and Sofa for one adult and two childern (girls, 13 and 6). As I arrived there they refused my check in with the reason that the room is only for two adults. I suggested that either they pay me back the money, or they should change me a triple room, or they offer me an extra bed. They refused all of my three suggestions! That means they did not give me the money back! And I had to drive my two children back to Germany at 20 o'clock! And my tickets for the museum go to the waste! This is the most awful hotel I have ever experienced of the whole world! The worst service and most unfriendly staff at reception! No next time booking by Best Western also in other countries!

Hotelnya bagus, namun untuk mandi sabun yang disediakan sangat kecil.

The hotel location is far from train station or airport. Closest is to tram stop but have to walk for almost 1 km. The hotel service was also bad, no kettle, no teeth brush and toothpaste, and no sandals in the room. The receptionist also talk not nice.

Kebetulan saya pilih hotel ini awalnya karena ini termasuk pilihan termurah dari berbagai hotel yang ada di Amsterdam. Jadi ya sebenarnya harus siap dengan segala kekurangan yang ada. Suasana ketika masuk hotel cukup menarik dan di sambut dengan pelayanan yang ramah dan cepat. Ukuran kamar cukup luas jadi kalau bawa barang banyak tidak terkesan sumpek. Tidak disediakan water kettle untuk membuat air minum panas dan tidak ada complimentary air minum juga. Kalau mau air minum panas harus ke lantai dasar untuk minta di bar dan hanya di beri 1 paper cup. Apabila ingin membeli perbekalan snack atau minuman di kamar terdapat supermarket tidak jauh dari hotel, untuk lokasi, Karena saya datang dari amsterdam centraal bisa di bilang cukup jauh ke arah selatan. Menggunakan transportasi teram sekitar 35-40 menit dan melewati 14 halte pemberhentian. Turun di halte westlan dirachat masih harus menyiapkan tenaga untuk berjalan kaki lagi sekitar 550m kurang lebih 5-10 menit (cukup jauh kalau barang bawang saja saja saya saya sekili keliwi lagi). Kalau malam bisa di bilang daerahnya kurang penerangan jadi harus extra waspada. Saya 2 kali di dekati sama orang yang minta minta dengan modus nanya mau ke mana dan membantu memberi info, Apalagi kalau mereka lihat kita membawa koper dan terlihat bingung mencari tempat. Sebenarnya ada akses transportasi yang dekat sekitar 250m dari hotel tapi menggunakan bus ke stasiun Lelylaan. Tapi kekurangannya frekeensi bus yang lewat tidak sebanyak tram jadi bisa nunggu cukup lama di halte. Posisi hotel di dekat jalan layang dan tidak beggtu jauh dengan bandara sciphol. Jadi agak terganggu dengan suara lalu lalang mobil dan gemuruh pesawat yang akan lepas landas, semoga bermanfaat.

Staffs were friendly, the room was big and clean.

The room is spacious and clean enough. All facilities were in well-functioned. What I love most is the lobby which is facilitated with many chairs and electrical charging spots also vendor machines. The location is a bit far from the nearest station, esp. train station, which is a problem while carrying heavy bags. But the location is near to 2 large supermarkets, and it is really nice.

Salah satu dari resepsionis mengatakan bahwa check in jam 15.00 padahal, jelas jelas di voucher hotel ditulis jam 14.00 Setelah menunjukkan voucher hotel lalu dikatakan bahwa agen penerbit voucher hotel dalam hal ini tidak valid, kemudian saat Saya katakan kamar kami quadruple, resepsionisnya mengatakan tidak ada kamar itu, yang ada kamar superior biasa, padah sudah jelas tertera di voucher hotel. Harus berdebat sekian lama baru diberikan kamar. Amat sangat kecewa. Not recommended at All.
