일단 호텔이라는 이름이 어울리지 않습니다. 들어서면 작은 수영장 하나에 방이 쭉 있는데, 저희는 자는 동안 방을 세 번이나 옮겼습니다. 1층에선 개미때문에, 2층에선 소음 때문에, 결국 3층에서 나머지를 묵었습니다. 방음 전혀 안 되고 샤워기 수압도 마음대로입니다. 와이파이가 공짜라지만 실은 한개 혹은 0개만 터집니다. 인터넷 검색 후 오분쯤 기다려야 하는 정도? 위치는 괜찮았지만 그 외에 나머지는 마음에 드는 게 하나도 없었습니다.

Santa Fe Centro in Los Cabos San Lucas was a good hotel could be cleaner, fresh painted, more wastebaskets through the property, drainage smelled so bad in our room it was nasty on the third night. Location was good close to the marina probably 10 minutes. The pizzeria in the corner was delicious and beautiful restaurant. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. The buffet was cheap and the same every day. We got tired of it. They should change it. The store in the premises was great! Hotel has a night security so we felt safe, are is safe too. Our room was cleaned up every day but the drainage smell was simply nasty. The staff should get paid more because they were amazing, we are thankful. We stayed 5 nights.

Agradecimiento a personal de limpieza por arreglar ciertos detalles cuando recibimos la habitación, Diana en restaurante, excelente servicio, la única que siempre atiende con una sonrisa a diferencia de todos los demás muy malencarados, pero hubo una persona que se ganó el premio a la antipatía, Ailine de recepción. Felicidades al personal de cocina por sus salsas deliciosas!!!

Room was clean. Friendly staff. And breakfast was good. There is a store there in the hotel.

Nice property, but ethically, not an honest and trustworthy group to work with. I stayed here in June, and enjoyed my stay. I was running late upon departure, and didn’t have time to formally check out. I left at 6:00 am and left my key card in the room. Upon departing, I’d forgotten that I’d paid my deposit in cash. I reached out to the hotel that day and informed them of the situation. They said that was fun, I’d just need return in person to collect my deposit, which I agreed to. When I arrived to collect my deposit a few days later, I was told my deposit would not be returned due to their ‘abandonment’ clause, which was not explained to me upon check in or listed in their booking confirmation. I would not recommend this hotel, due to serious ethical issues and poor treatment of a paying guest that left the hotel several hours before checkout time and left the room in good condition

El desayuno continental nunca se nos ofreció aunque estaba incluido, tampoco se nos dio la habitación que pagamos en la aplicación no hay agua caliente en la ducha, el internet con mala conexión, fuera de eso la habitación estaba limpia y la zona donde está ubicado es muy tranquila.

Bien en general solo que no respetaron la reservación de habitación en planta baja, tiene 4 pisos y no tiene elevador

My room was not ready 25 minutes after 3:00pm .

Called to request an airport shuttle and was told there wasn't one. The location is not in the best area but it is convenient and close to downtown. Not a fancy hotel at all. Was given a dirty room at first. There's no elevator so I had to carry my huge suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. The clean room I was given after was missing blankets/comforter. Definitely a spot where the locals stay. People and staff were friendly. Free breakfast was good which was pancakes, fruit, coffee, and orange juice. Convenient store on location. Wifi worked fine. Stayed on a Friday night and heard music all night/early morning from someplace closeby - didn't bother me but I could see how it could bother others. Pool looked clean but not that big.
