룸에 커피 티. 워터포트가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 룸 온도조절이 잘 안되서 조금 추웠고 저녁식사 시간에 사람들이 많이몰려서 정신이 좀 없었던것. 그것을 제외하곤 만족스러운 숙박이였습니다.

중국 일본 단체관광객이 많이 오는 곳입니다. 중국인 단체팀이 복도랑 로비에서 아주 엄청난 굉음을 만들어냅니다. 오후 5시쯤 체크인을 했는데도 저희가 배정받은 방문앞에 전 투숙객이 룸서비스로 식사했던 그릇이 놓여져 있었고, 방 바닦에는 그 음식의 부스러기가 잔뜩 흘려져있었네요. 대충 침대커버만 치운듯ㅡㅡ 가족단위로 온천욕 즐기러 가기 좋은곳이라길래 부모님 모시고 갔는데 온천물에ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ때 덩어리들이 한가득 떠나녀서 몸 담구길 포기했습니다. 단체관광객 수가 늘어나면서 청결관리가 제대로 안되는듯해요. 파묵칼레랑 가깝지만 비추천합니다.

음식도 좋았고, 스파/수영장 시설이 매우 좋았습니다.

훌륭한 시설과 자연풍경을 갖춤. 식사 부폐식이며 그룹손님들과 함께함.

I am writing this following my stay at your hotel, Richmond Pamukkale Hotel last week. This letter is in regard to the poor level of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction. I opted for your property after checking your website which portrays a completely different picture, as compared to reality. You claim to provide a lot many facilities which is not even available on your best rooms – the super deluxe ones. Right from the time of check-in, my experience had been the worst ever. Please do not advertise your hotel as five star as it was clearly not even close to a 3 star hotel. I could not understand the disrespecting attitude of your reception desk service "AYKUT" who was swearing under his breath in turkish while serving. HEY AYKUT i understand Turkish too OK? also when i went upstairs to the bar room(as advised from reception) borrowed a kettle. Even the Barman had an atttitude! What is wrong with your team? Please treat your customer with respect! There was nobody to welcome at the reception. It took 10 minutes for a room service boy to address us and another 15 minutes to call the receptionist. And to the height of irresponsibility, the receptionist is unaware of the booking details, and the service boy took the baggage to the room without even informing us for the same. The room service has never attended on any of our calls either for the tea, meals or cleaning up the rooms. The bathrooms and toilets were not cleaned before the check-in

Her şeyiyle mükemmel bir otel, mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Birkaç ay sonra mutlaka tekrar gideceğim. Sadece, dansözün sahnede 15 dk kalması biraz üzdü. Daha uzun süreli oryantal show olsaydı daha eğlenceli olurdu.

İçki fiyatlarının pahallı olması hoş değil

Big hotel geared for groups. Very convenient to experience the area and lots of space and amenities. We didnt stay long or take advantage of all but all looked good. Food was a bit mass-produced but expected based on size of the hotel. Staff were great and it served our purpose well to visit the area for a few days.

The check in was a nightmare. The young lady and her supwrvisor were very unfriendly and did not attempt to understand our questions. Did not speak English ( not even a translation app). The valet / bell hop spoke decent English and he translated to them. Modest rooms. Odor in the corridor. Pool staff were not friendly … very standoffish. The restaurant staff were very good and so was the dinner buffet. The hotel was in the middle of “no where” ….

Terrible services in the front desk ! I have never had one hotel like this service. I want to get bottle water and there’s no one answering the phone.

Girişten çıkışa kadar en ufak bir sıkıntı bile yaşamadık. Odalar, havuzlar, restaurant ve çevre temizliği harikaydı. Akşam canlı müzik ve oryantal danslar ile eğlence güzel vakit geçimemizi sağladı.

The hotel was a bit dated, but the service was good and exceeded our expectations. To our surprise, supper was included in the stay, which was a lovely bonus. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a generous basket of fresh fruit — a thoughtful touch that made us feel special.

Genel olarak iyiydik herşey dahil konsepti güzeldi. Ara ikramlar, akşam yemeği ve kahvaltı çok güzeldi ve bol çeşitliydi. Memnun kaldık

Saat 12:00 gibi otele vardık,receptiondaki arkadaşlar çok yardımcı oldular, odamızda küçük bir balkon olsa daha iyi olabilirdi,ıslak mayolarımızı kurutmak için biryer bulamadık. Bunun dışında oda büyüklüğü yeterli. Restorandaki ürünler büyük otel standartlarında. Otelde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Teşekkürler.

This property is very well established and has nice amenities for spa and thermal activities. Sibel hanim in housekeeping was very good and supplied us with great service and she went above and beyond! We are always happy to come back to this property!

Oda hergün temizleniyor. Temizlik görevlileri çok kibar. Çay saati yeterliydi akşam meyve ikramı vardı. Tavsiye ederim. Açık termal havuzu özellikle tavsiye ederim.
