Very dirty and old. Service is extremely slow.

It was my firat visit and I was so satisfied. Everyone was so nice and we were kindly welcomed. Our room was quite clean and cozy. The hot spring was fabulous even though it rained during our stay. I'll visit again soon.

The room is so smelly and small, the service is a mess and I don't want to go again There was a bug in the room, so I got a scar and it wasn't good

Great place to spend a weekend

Amazing staff. Great food. Wonderful live music on weekends. Hot springs are awesome.

Clean, tidy and excellent services, I enjoy for the stay.

I was sent a text to fill out a form prior to my check in at the hotel. They asked for my name, ...and ID photo. They were asking for my friend's ID photo which I didn't have and wasn't easy to get the day of our check in.

Property is dated and there was no daily cleaning for room at times but the pools were very nice.

Nice comfortable ,clean room. The pools were good , but the water wasn’t hot enough for hot spring spa.

Professionalism and customer service are lacking. Seems like they’re under new ownership since I was there about 7 years ago . Building is old, even the new renovated East wing is not the newest.

Its a bit old and carpets in the room are dirty . Needs more maintenance

The property is dirty, looks very old and my god too much walking to get to our room. The bathroom is gross. The entrance of the building is full of cobwebs, carpets are so old and gross looking and fees are expensive. Didn’t like it there at all. Oh and no wifi inside the room, tv channels sucks.

Really good place to relax, the pools are smaller that i expected but they were warm and some really hot, felt really nice and rejuvenating. I booked a room in the east tower and got an amazing view of the mountains and the lake. dining options were a lot almost all cuisines.

Terrible experience and service, hotel hasn’t even apologized or acknowledged the terrible service or the 1 hour wait even with express check in
