The problem isn’t that the hotel is dated, which we expected, it’s the lack of attention to cleanliness and aesthetic touches. The hallway and lobby rugs were stained and not vacuumed. The lobby furniture is sad - would really not require a big investment to make it more appealing and comfortable. The room was relatively clean but it lacked love. It was very bare. The bathroom floor was stained. Overall with a little love, dedication and attention to detail, it could be a cosy place. Unfortunately the lack of effort is very visible.

This is our second stay. We use it as a stop over so while we don’t take advantage of the amenities, we know what we are getting. We have dealt with staff over the phone and in person. I truly appreciate that they speak such great English as my French speaking skills are rusty. We would definitely do this again.

Le buffet est cher pour ce qu'il offre

Breakfast was a nice spread. Lots of food options for meat eaters and vegetarians and polite servers. the melons and fruit were nicely cut to bit sized wedges and pieces. Sadly the kayaks and paddle board hut was closed (perhaps too early in the season? but we visited on June 14). The hot tubs appears to only be available to spa visitors.

Les bains mériteraient d’être nettoyés et les espaces de détentes son un peu défraîchis. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Nous avions une suite 1 lit + 1 divan lit face montagne. Le divan lit n’est pas confortable par contre pour dormir. Le lit était confortable. La salle de bain propre. Déjeuner intéressant et personnel très sympathique et courtois.

Hot tubs are dated and smells like mold and the indoor pool wasn’t clean and was dated. The sona never worked. The room was clean and ok, just a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were nice. No water in the premises need to have change or 5-10$ bills to buy in the vending machine.

Ce fut une belle surprise d'arriver à cet établissement et de constater qu'il n'y a pas seulement un spa extérieur mais bien tout une installation de piscines, saunas, spas, bain nordique et salle de détente. Le déjeuner était très bon et la chambre très confortable.

Chambres propres bien insonorisées. Personnels professionnels. Par contre jacuzzi sale ,l'eau d un des jacuzzi n'est pas changé ( dépassé depuis 9 jours inscrit sur le cadran du jacuzzi) pour le 2 me le filtre n'a pas été changé ( inscrit sur le cadran) et les appui têtes sont sales pleins de crasse marron . Dommage ..
