L’endroit est paisible et bien entretenu, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Kalil à la réception est une perle, merci à lui. À noter que certains services de sauna (sec et hamam) sont payants.

You always have to rate it based on the price you paid. We got a good deal, and although our room was not renovated and needs a major update, it was fine and we had a great view. The staff is very friendly, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. The only issue, and the area that needs improvement, is the hallway. The carpet does not seem to be vacuumed properly. We have stayed there a couple of times over the years, and it definitely looks like no attachment was used on the vacuum for the cracks along the edges, and they do not get close enough to the room doors or the walls.

A beautiful place to stay, one of my favorite stops!

L’hôtel est loin d’être un hôtel tranquille puisqu’il y a beaucoup d’enfants qui prennent toute l’espace à la piscine et dans l’spa extérieur. Aucune chance pour vous de vous détendre. Le restaurant est bon mais il faut réserver le personnel est courtois il y a un problème avec la borne électrique, ce qui facilite pas le rechargement qui est d’ailleurs plus cher que à habitude 3.50$ h

Très bon hébergement et très bien placé. Le seul problème est qu'il y avait beaucoup d'enfants qui criaient et couraient dans les couloirs dépassé 22h et ce jusqu'à minuit.

we had a wonderful stay here!

This was supposed to be a spa hotel with a pool. Booked only a week before arrival only to find the pool closed and limited spa access. Dirty spa area, Really not worth the stay. No refund offered for no spa plus when we arrived we were not even told the pool area was closed. We put on our bathing suits only to find the pool being emptied and the spa area very filthy. Very disappointed. We could have been informed as I would have gone elsewhere.
