The bathroom fan doest work, so after 6 showers , the room is very humid. When i went to pull out the sofa bed for my kids, it is covered in crumbs and the floor under it is full of wrapers and nasty. Im thankful i brought sheets from home for that bed , although i wasnt offered sofa couch sheets anyway upon checkin even though i indicated upon booking. Overll not super impressed.

The staff and lobby area was very nice. The room was ok but your feet stuck to the bathroom floor and the toilet did not flush well

It was quiet and clean!

Bed was a little too high and difficult to get into, the glass door on the bathroom was awkward and noisy as well as failed at canceling noise and light and the shower was too small to use comfortablely. And we spent 30 minutes looking to the remote to the TV which was found under the window air conditioner after asking the desk that didn't seem to know it was missing and did not have a replacement for it. However the rest of our stay was uneventful and very nice.

Beds were comfortable!

We booked two rooms. Room 1 had not been vacuumed and the tables had not been wiped down. Dirty plastic silver ware was on the floor next to the bed and the body wash is empty. Bed cover is also dirty. This is our 3rd stay and the property has gotten progressively worse. Pool area is not open and is being used as a storage area.

Got a suite and the suite door was glass offering absolutely no privacy, same with the bathroom door. Was sliding frosted glass but did not lock and was not secure. My daughter was in the living room sleeping on the sofa bed and was freezing at night because the heat/air unit was only in the bedroom! I don’t recommend this hotel.

Overall a good experience.

I felt like the rooms were not clean very well. The pullout couch had a tour mattress with stains on it. The garbage outside was overflowing for two days. The breakfast was not good at all. It was all frozen food warmed up in the microwave not the staff was wonderful. They just needed a better job of cleaning and keeping it clean.

I enjoyed my stay. I am not sure if the bathroom was cleaned prior to my stay, as there was an open and used bar of soap already in the shower. I stayed in a room on the ground floor, apparently by the elevator, so it wasn't the quietest with all the traffic going through. Ultimately, I was satisfied with my visit and would probably stay there again.

Front desk staff A+ . Very nice and professional in action and appearance . But ... Rooms didn't seem as clean as I'm use to at other hotels ...I felt like everything was halfway done ... Even the paint job felt half done. The floor in my room was dirty but the beds seemed clean The suit furniture didn't really make sense how it was set up and the bathroom door didn't lock which was really annoying. We had a suit so the bedroom had a door which was see though sooooo privacy was zero. Breakfast: one toaster and one waffle maker, so it was a long wait to use either of those things. Eggs were flavorless and hash browns hard as rocks. However they did have bagels that seemed fresh plus cereal. Over all this is a 3 because it's not the worst but could be a lot better.... Also get a pool

Very clean and affordable, close to plenty of restaurants and stores, not to familiar with the city but hotel is in a safe quiet area

Easy stay while traveling.

Staff were really nice. The bathroom door was awful. You couldnt lock the door, it was glass so no noise proofing, and when youre trying to sleep and someone needs to use the bathroom, the whole room lights up since its transparent. Hated that aspect. The beds are supposed to be queens but they seem like doubles. But the beds were comfortable.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but when we arrived at 3:20, our room still wasn’t ready. We returned 30 minutes later and were given the wrong room—a double queen instead of the single king we booked. When we brought it up to the front desk, the manager falsely claimed there were no king rooms in the building, then handed me his personal phone to speak with the general manager. Only after that did we finally get the correct room. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on long enough to cool the room properly, and there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. On top of that, the manager was unprofessional toward the front desk staff right in front of guests. Overall, not an enjoyable stay and wouldn’t recommend.
