Habitacion limpia , personal amable, desayuno caro, tina no fui

Hermoso, acogedor, muy tranquilo y cómodo. Lugar para relajarse junto al mar. Amplia piscina, excelente restaurante. Para los que interesen entretenimiento, pueden encontrarlo cerca moviéndose en auto. Apropiado para familias y parejas de todas las edades. Accesible para personas con limitada movilidad.

The pictures of beach online site did not match the real property. There was almost no beach in front of the hotel.

El hotel es hermoso, el área de la piscina es espectacular. Los empleados tienen 20/10. Es el lugar perfecto para pasar unos días de relajación, diversión y sobre todo desconectar de la rutina diaria. Recomendado 20/10z

We arrive got to reception and the King bed option is not available. Give a option of two bed. We went to meal at the restaurant the food are good. Went to the room and the tv no working. They move us to another room, This time give us the King bed. Take a shower and floor of the room beging to have water. Need to put towel in the floor. Later at night the food we eat in the restaurant cause us diarea on mi wife and me. As we go to the front desk the completly ingnore our complaing

Very quiet and relaxing

I love this hotel… we’ve been here several times. The staff was great, views are amazing, the food was good and is easy to enter, the parking, the lobby… everything was good! It’s time for some renovations… the building seems dated, and beds were kind of uncomfortable. If I’m going out of home and I have to pay, I better be sleeping in a comfortable place.

Definitely not what Expedia show as the rooms. Staff is awesome very nice..prices are a bit too much for the quality of products. The rooms are not what they show on Expedia so Expedia fail on this for sure.

Very old room. Need remodeling asap.

No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there.
