지하철하고 멀지않아서 여행하기 편안했던 위치와 다국어 구사와 친절한 스테프들이 맘에 들었음

지하철역과 좀 거리가 있어서 그렇지 역시 브랜드 호텔은 가성비 훌륭합니다

Nous recommandons cet hotel. Hotel très bien placé pour visiter Barcelone. Proche du métro ( 5 à 10 minutes à pied en fonction de la ligne ) . Attention, il y des travaux sur le métro cet été, rejoignez la ligne L5 " Virrei Amat " pour démarrer votre visite de la ville. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil par la dame qui parle parfaitement français et qui est très agréable. Elle explique tout en détail, au top. Le parking sous terrain appartient au centre commercial à 50 mètres de là, bien de savoir son véhicule en sécurité à un tarif raisonnable ! Au pied de l'hotel, il y a un centre commercial avec toutes commodités, comme une grande superette et des restaurants, une pharmacie, des bars .... Hotel de 14 étages, nous étions par chance au 13 ème avec une magnifique vue globale sur Barcelone dont la Sagrada Familia, la mer avec Baceloneta; les montagnes, au top ! ( on vous a mis des photos ) On reviendra c'est sur, merci. Bon séjour à Barcelone !

No hay nada alrededor. Habitaciones muy reducidas. Tenías que bajar a recepción por plancha de ropa. No hay cobijas grandes

The AC in our room wasn't working, so we were given another room, which was very helpful. Only real complaint is someone, presumably a cleaner, used our toilet when we were out. Usually wouldn't complain about something like that, but because of the smell we had to leave the hotel for a while away until it subsided. Overall, very affordable, and the staff were really accommodating otherwise.

Atendimento otimo! Achei o quarto escuro pouco iluminado e sem ventilacao, nao havia frigobar no quarto, banheiro achei minusculo, cafe da manha excelente

für ein ibis hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wussten, was wir buchen und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Negative Kommentare zu diesem Hotel können wir nicht verstehen! Wer kritisiert, dass es keine Brötchen zum Frühstück gibt, der hat das leckere Brot verpasst. Ein wirklich gutes Frühstück, was hier geboten wird - man muss auch immer den Preis ansehen. Es war nicht günstig, weil Barcelona zu dieser Zeit ganz und gar nicht günstig war. Es war günstiger als anderes - und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut, man hat eine geniale Metrolinie unweit des Hotels. Was will man mehr?

Razoável para Ibis. Falta um frigobar nos quartos e não tem microondas no hotel . Para esquentar algo, o hotel indica o supermercado ao lado.

O hotel bem localizado, deu pra ir a pé tranquilamente até a estação. Tem um shopping ao lado e boas opções para alimentação. A única parte chata foi que mesmo com a nossa reserva já paga, foi exigido um cartão de crédito para cadastro, questionei o porque o recepcionista não explicou com clareza, só falou que precisa e pronto, senão não teríamos como fazer o check in, de todos os hoteis que ficamos durante nossa eurotrip, este foi o único com tais exigências.

Atendeu todas as expectativas.

Great location for travelling in to Barcelona, great bar in the hotel to enjoy a drink after a busy day

Unfortunately the front service staff has not been given training in proper customer service. One member was beligerante, non accommodating and just plain rude. The only positive , is that the hotel is very well located with a shopping mall center literally at walking distance. No stars for this stay ..
