Clean, large, welcoming suite. Security at the gate was good. Pool area was clean and was not crowded even when large crowds were at the pool. Staff very friendly. Room did not have working jets in tub. Patio door blinds did not function resulting in early rise mornings. Overall good experience and will definitely go back when in Myrtle Beach.

We had a great room, great customer service, great bar staff.

Thos property is cant miss! Everything you need is on the resort or a short drive away! The villa was so spacious for our family of five. The pools were clean, heated, and great for all ages! The villa had a full kitchen, which allowed us to save on eating out. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my wife and I have already booked for later in the year, for our anniversary!

My stay was great. It was for a family vacation. Overall everything was perfect but there was two things worth noting. The resort is aging so my room had few dated pieces including loud bathroom fans, yellowing hot tubs from Lord knows when and no insulation so you could here when doors close and people walk above or below you. My front door on room needed some weather stripping because you could see the sunlight even with the door closed. They fixed it though!

We go every year ut this year there was $400 in etra fees and deposits that we didn't know about until we checked in. Lots of duck poop in the pools, one hot tub was disgusting. House keeping never came our whole week and we had to call for towels. Other than that ot was great.

Went for a family vacation and it was so nice! The villa was spacious and clean, the pools were clean and warm, and the employees were so nice! Will be returning.

Beautiful place

This was a nice property and I was about to give them a good review but after looking at my final bill I wanted to let everyone know that their greed has made me change my opinion!!! I paid an extremely high amount for the stay which I knew what I was paying for at that point but they charged a 15 dollar a day self parking fee and $1.95 tax on the parking fee daily! I’m not a cheap person by any means but the price they charge for the stay should include parking because it’s not off site parking or valet and shereton owns the property! I am really off put by such greed and it was not mentioned that I would be charged for parking! I just found out when I got my final bill!

I stayed at Sheraton Vistana in Orlando and fell in love so i assumed this would be just as amazing, i was wrong. The facility itself is nice and the rooms are spacious but the customer service is sub par. The pool was dirty, the slide which i looked forward to is only opened seasonally which isnt on the website. The market thats in the resort is barely stocked. The only condiment they had was mustard. The housekeeping only "tidys" up meaning throwing out trash, changing towels and refilling on cofee creamers etc (they did not we had to request it). My son had an accident which i asked for new linen they informed me it would be $32. Theres a washer and dryer inside so you can just do laundry. Prior to check out you will get a text asking but not requiring if you can take out trash & run the dishwasher in order to help out the housekeeping crew - also something new. The location was close to local attractions that was a perk. If you're not driving uber isnt too expensive around 7-$15 range to most locations. The location only has one restaurant on site which along with marketplace closes at 6pm. The pools and mini golf are open 7a-11pm and the gym is 24/7.

We would stay at this property again.

This property was very clean gated community security out front at all times the condo was very roomy for four adults. Nice size kitchen with all utensils full oven very close to the beach and Broadway at the mall is in walking distance very convenient location to shops and stores will stay here again Great for families

Check in went wonderful! Staff is excellent

Extra charges on bill. Told at checkin that one car was free and there was a charge for second one. My husband checked out quickly and didn’t review charges. We were charged for 2 cars for 3 nights.

Enjoyed my stay

We love the family atmosphere and the amenities offered such as putt putt, outdoor kids pool, play area, hot tub, pool table and more.

I’ve stayed here several times. A plus to me is this is a gated property & every room I’ve stayed in has been spotless. I noticed on this stay the deposit for incidentals was 71.95 & now they charge you for parking, I believe 16.95 was the charge. Not sure I’m OK with that for future stays. I do not think this property appreciates Hotels.com guests. Just my opinion.
