Yes, super clean , stuff was amazing!! Special thanks to Carlos at the kids club and his helpers and Gloria and main manager at the hotel ! Food and drinks are so so . But it’s a great place for kids !

The resort itself was amazing, the views, the weather, the hotel room it was all great. the only thing we were disappointed with was the food. the food was HORRIBLE not only did it taste bad but i got the worst food poisoning of my life and threw up around 20 times. and no i didn’t drink the water. i only had food from the resort and nowhere else.

The accommodations were wonderful. The best I’ve experienced. The staff was outstanding. I give the whole event 5 stars.

Ocean view from every room. Excellent food and well maintained property.

The hotel is a little older but well maintained. Every room has a partial ocean view and it is a beautiful view! Its about an hour drive from the airport but well worth it. The area is private and quiet. Its right by the jungle and all the excursions are a short walk, bus, or boat ride away.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Bucht . Die Zimmer sind so angeordnet, dass man von jeden Balkon einen Blick aufs Meer und den Pool hat. es gibt einen Pool für Erwachsene, für alle mit Poolbar, einen Kinderpool mit kleiner Rutsche im Schatten, 2 Whirlpool und einen für Sport z.B. Volleyball. es gibt genügend Liegen und Schirme am Pool und Strand. Das Peronal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. es gibt ein Buffet-Restaurant und 4 verschiedene a la Card Restaurants. vom Flughafen fährt man ca. 45-50 Minuten.

Staff is exceptional, the location is perfect. Clean rooms, great food. Beautiful small laid back beach. Only issue, the shower head. Ours wasn’t great. Almost like it was clogged. Our son’s room had an amazing shower. We would be back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Resort. Staff was so welcoming. Fernando in the LaCatina bar was super. As was out wait staff around the pool. Ralph and Kevin arrange a wonderful whale viewing trip! After the people the facility was great. BIG rooms. Comfortable beds. Views from the front and back of the rooms were amazing. Food and drinks were very good. The ala carte restaurants were very good and it was nice not having to play the reservation game. Pools were heated and warm. First time I have had jacuzzi pools that were really hot. The grounds are amazing with much greenery. The area definitely is away from PV. About a 25 minute drive. But that is part of the charm. Beach does not compare to the ones in Cancun but the water was much calmer. But the focus of this resort is definitely the pools. I have been to Mexico many times in many locations. This place easily moves to number to on my list. I definitely will consider returning. Any issues about safety as well were quickly lost in the feel of the resort and PV!

Rooms were great - buffet had choice but not much change day to day. Nice view of the beach. Recommend bug spray though - lots of bites
