Great location, clean and convenient. They charge 35$ per day for parking in their underground parking lot. I find that little ridiculous considering this village is so small and there is space everywhere.

The room was amazing. It was large with two comfortable queen beds. There are robes to wear in the hotel or after a shower. The room was clean and there was a coffee bar with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Clean, friendly, and centrally located

Very loud room. No insulation in ceiling. Heard noise from people running/walking upstairs all day and night.

The room was very large and clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had lots of space and the view of the courtyard was very nice too.

Beautiful property. We had a perfect room ( best in the building I think) probably because it wasn’t quite summer season and was pretty quiet. Sun Peaks is beautiful. Definitely go back!

Gorgeous and upscale hotel.

Hot tubs needed some cleaning. Also they need to enforce the no smoking or food policies around the hot tubs. We had a group smoking and drinking beside us. Also they should properly honor hotel promotions!!!!

Larry greets everyone at the entrance and made us feel wonderful with his superb demeanor. Never have I met a genuine doorman like Larry.

Great location. The room was clean and quiet. The hot tubs were excellent. Loved the local art featured and for sale in the lower lobby.

Room was clean and modern. Hotel was warm and welcoming. Hot tubs were nice. Only thing that was not great was the customer service at the Mantels restaurant in the hotel.

Lovely stay

This hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were a good size, bathroom was spotless. We didn’t use the facilities e.g. gym, hot tub or pool but they looked equally up to a high standard. Would recommend this hotel, only negative was the $33.00/nightly parking fee.

Our room was next to a restaurant/bar that had music on quite loud outside from 8am to 9:30pm. Bring earplugs

Quiet time of year meant less people. Buffet breakfast is pricey (for my standards) but excellent. Staff was pleasant. Eww- a customer used her hands to pick off some grapes from the buffet- how rude!!

Staff were extremely helpful and the on was immaculate

Too many new staff were being trained at the same time without enough experienced staff to keep things running smoothly, which really affected the quality of service.
