Staff was terrible. No one at the desk for check-in. Eyed up by the janitor for a half hour while playing in the arcade.. Had higher expectations but was let down. Been to multiple resorts in BC and the staff were by far the worst at this one. Over priced for the service provided. Building and room was nice..

Great stay! Clean room, many amenities and a fun village to explore!

friendly staffs

A wonderful stay in an outstanding Hotel in a cool village at the top of Sun Peaks Resort. It was not Ski season but plenty of people either Golfing or Mountain Biking.

It’s a well presented property in a central location on the resort. My main concern is the exceptionally high parking rate of $33 per night that was not well communicated in advance. It feels like price gouging and would be reason enough for me to stay somewhere else on the resort the next time we go.

A relaxing environment

This hotel needs some updating. The lobby is very uninviting - just a few chairs scattered throughout. Woodwork throughout is scuffed, bathtub in 308 was rusty, there are no signs indicating which way to go (upon registering, could not find the elevators without asking someone). Stock pictures online of pool area are very misleading - the pool is not huge. The three hot tubs are good temperature but there are no jets. Do not stay in a room overlooking the parking area unless you want to be woken early by people leaving, especially the tour buses.

Incredible place to stay! Very European feel with the Canada landscape and views! Good choice of restaurants and reasonable prices too boot!

The room was amazing, very modern and clean. Check-in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly at all hours of the day. There was even a lovely gentlemen at the front door greeting people and escorting them to the front desk, I would describe him as a pillar of the hotel to welcome you to the beautiful village, he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The room was good, quiet, comfortable. The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar. The shower walls were not clean and the sink was disgusting up its caulking to the sink counter.

Lovely three night stay as a family of four with a dog. Very refreshing to be out in the nature at sunpeak!

Zentral im Ort gelegen und gute Ausstattung.

Excellent for everything except the underground parking space that was too tight for even regular size cars. If you have a big truck or van, good luck to find a stall that fits. Other than that, everything was good.

The room looked exactly like the pictures online. Very comfortable beds with loads of pillows. Our border collie stayed with us with no issues. Air conditioner worked great. Clean bathroom. One of the better & roomier hotels we’ve stayed at.

Excellent staff, Darryl at Mantles was wonderful. All the front counter staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is a great experience, lots of amenities. The kids loved the pool and going in the off season means having the village to yourself.

Reminded me of the Swiss Alps. Enjoyed our stay. Be aware of additional costs for parking.
