Awsome portopino and hotel. The location is perfect and room is clean and everything is gooooooood :) But wifi is uncomfortable.

직원들은 불친절하고 방 구조가 아주 별로임 화장실은 매우 좁고 불편함. 포르토피노 중심부로 가려면 인도도 없는 찻길로 후들후들 떨면서 걸어 가야함. 방에서는 창문 바로 앞이 대로변이라 밤까지 시끄러워서 창문을 닫아도 잠을 편하게 잘 수 없음

이탈리아 숙박중에 가장넓고 깨끗하고 최신식인 호텔이었습니다

위치도 너무 좋고 객실이 깨끗하고 모던한 분위기로 매우 만족했습니다~아침식사 레스토랑도 아주 훌륭했습니다.다만 호텔 직원들이 다소 딱딱한 느낌을 주었으나,그외는 모두 만족했습니다

조식도 만족스럽고, 무엇보다 직원들이 친절해요. 와이파이도 빵빵 잘터지고 주변경관은 말할것도 없고요. 방문하실분들은 5-9월 중에 방문하시면 프라이빗비치도 이용하실수 있어요. 시내로 나가시려면 버스 타셔야한다는것 정도가 단점이라면 단점이겠네요^^; 남편하고 둘이 갔었는데 애기들이나 부모님 함께하셔도 좋은 곳이에요. 강추합니다!

Our stay was completely ruined by a persistent sewage smell in our room that lasted for our entire visit. The odor was so overwhelming that it was difficult to relax, sleep, or even spend time in the room. We were traveling with our children, and no family should have to endure those conditions while on vacation. We brought the issue to the hotel’s attention multiple times, hoping it would be resolved or that the hotel would make things right. Unfortunately, the smell never improved, and despite the significant impact it had on our stay, the hotel refused to offer any meaningful compensation or discount. We chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but instead we spent our vacation trying to avoid our own room. The lack of accountability and customer service after such a serious issue was incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and a hotel that stands behind its guests when things go wrong, I would look elsewhere.

Omg the location & the view was just what Portofino really is!!

Surprised at how under decorated hotel was. Felt under renovation. Terrible breakfast. Great location though.

Team Amazing! Andrea always available and super sweet and helps us to get a reservation in the restaurant that we wanted to have dinner. For the price I believe it was a little pricing taking in to consideration that the room was a little bit up. However the view and location amazing.

Staff worked hard to make a wonderful stay.

Underbart beläget litet hotell med utsikt över havet i vackra Portofino. Snäll och trevlig personal. Privat plats vid stranden med solstolar och handduk som ingick. (Inget för små barn pga bilväg precis utanför porten.)

Café da manhã ok. Quarto pequeno e mal conservado, sem manutenção

Extremt vänlig och serviceinriktad personal. Mycket prisvärt.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tivemos uma experiência excelente no Hotel Piccolo. Toda a equipe foi extremamente prestativa e atenciosa durante a nossa estadia, sempre disposta a ajudar e a tornar tudo mais agradável. Um agradecimento especial a Andrea e Claudio, que nos atenderam muito bem e fizeram toda a diferença com a simpatia e a atenção aos detalhes. Adoramos o beach club do hotel, que é muito agradável e complementa perfeitamente a experiência à beira-mar. O quarto também tinha uma vista linda, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida, é um lugar para o qual voltaríamos e que recomendamos a quem deseja aproveitar a beleza da região com conforto e um atendimento de alto nível.

We really want to be kind here as the staff was great. The view from the terrace was magical. But, an ever present sewer smell was always in the room. We didn’t complain but the oil/air freshener diffusers in the halls let us know it was a known thing. We had a 2 story double which included a very tight spiral staircase which was not easy to navigate. Upstairs double bed room area included a small 13” tv/monitor with no power cable and was not attached to the cable box. No remote was seen so we assumed it was some kind of weird storage. This room was $$$$ and outside of the portofino view was really not worth it. When visiting Portofino if you you cant swing the Splendido then probably best to stay in santa margharita ligure.

Lo super recomiendo! Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, camas cómodas y habitación espaciosa para 4! La vista desde nuestra habitación fue maravillosa! Si playita privada y su bar-restaurant de playa es muy lindo y la comida excelente!

Excellent location and the bonus of the private beach. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, each one went above and beyond the normal expected service, from reception to the restaurant staff, they all made our anniversary trip very special. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
