Awsome portopino and hotel. The location is perfect and room is clean and everything is gooooooood :) But wifi is uncomfortable.

직원들은 불친절하고 방 구조가 아주 별로임 화장실은 매우 좁고 불편함. 포르토피노 중심부로 가려면 인도도 없는 찻길로 후들후들 떨면서 걸어 가야함. 방에서는 창문 바로 앞이 대로변이라 밤까지 시끄러워서 창문을 닫아도 잠을 편하게 잘 수 없음

위치도 너무 좋고 객실이 깨끗하고 모던한 분위기로 매우 만족했습니다~아침식사 레스토랑도 아주 훌륭했습니다.다만 호텔 직원들이 다소 딱딱한 느낌을 주었으나,그외는 모두 만족했습니다

조식도 만족스럽고, 무엇보다 직원들이 친절해요. 와이파이도 빵빵 잘터지고 주변경관은 말할것도 없고요. 방문하실분들은 5-9월 중에 방문하시면 프라이빗비치도 이용하실수 있어요. 시내로 나가시려면 버스 타셔야한다는것 정도가 단점이라면 단점이겠네요^^; 남편하고 둘이 갔었는데 애기들이나 부모님 함께하셔도 좋은 곳이에요. 강추합니다!

Excellent location and the bonus of the private beach. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, each one went above and beyond the normal expected service, from reception to the restaurant staff, they all made our anniversary trip very special. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Good hotel in a great location with a private beach club that overlooks the public beach in Portofino. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The building and facilities were older, but that seems to come with Portofino. There was an issue with the room safe that the staff fixed, although the television in the room continued to freeze and did not appear to be fixable. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend the hotel on the understanding that the price reflects that fact that everything is more expensive than normal in Portofino.

The hotel was under construction and the street was very loud. Thankfully the a/c was loud and we had earplugs! The breakfast at the beach redeemed our thoughts of the hotel

Ett fantastiskt bemötande av receptionen med kvick hantering av både rumsuppgradering och tvätt/strykning av kläder (de lagade till och med ett par byxor på köpet!). Jag upplevde de som väldigt tillgängliga, lösningsorienterade och alltid villiga att stå till tjänst gällande ärenden stora som små! Besök gärna om ni vill ha bra läge med personligt bemötande

We loved our stay in Portofino. The view from our room was out of this world. We made use of the private terrace overlooking the bay too. This had everything we needed for our overnight trip. The staff were extremely helpful.
