Awsome portopino and hotel. The location is perfect and room is clean and everything is gooooooood :) But wifi is uncomfortable.

직원들은 불친절하고 방 구조가 아주 별로임 화장실은 매우 좁고 불편함. 포르토피노 중심부로 가려면 인도도 없는 찻길로 후들후들 떨면서 걸어 가야함. 방에서는 창문 바로 앞이 대로변이라 밤까지 시끄러워서 창문을 닫아도 잠을 편하게 잘 수 없음

이탈리아 숙박중에 가장넓고 깨끗하고 최신식인 호텔이었습니다

위치도 너무 좋고 객실이 깨끗하고 모던한 분위기로 매우 만족했습니다~아침식사 레스토랑도 아주 훌륭했습니다.다만 호텔 직원들이 다소 딱딱한 느낌을 주었으나,그외는 모두 만족했습니다

조식도 만족스럽고, 무엇보다 직원들이 친절해요. 와이파이도 빵빵 잘터지고 주변경관은 말할것도 없고요. 방문하실분들은 5-9월 중에 방문하시면 프라이빗비치도 이용하실수 있어요. 시내로 나가시려면 버스 타셔야한다는것 정도가 단점이라면 단점이겠네요^^; 남편하고 둘이 갔었는데 애기들이나 부모님 함께하셔도 좋은 곳이에요. 강추합니다!

Did not the room we booked with three beds. Attendant stormed off when we showed him our booking and left us standing there. Manager came and said this is all we have but at least gave us free parking. Manager refused to accept responsibility and just kept trying to blame hotels.com. Room was old with black mould in bathroom. Great town, horrid hotel.

Chambre spacieuse, personnel accueillant, serviable et chaleureux. La baie privee est tres agreable et facile d'acces. Par contre, c'est quand meme plus evident d'avoir une voiture pour sejourner dans cet hotel et pouvoir se balader facilement dans les environs, aller dejeuner, diner etc. A noter que l'hotel n'offre que le service du petit dejeuner; les dejeuners et diners ne sont pas proposes dans cet hotel. Pour le prix et la categorie 4* de cet hotel, j'ai ete un peu decue par l'offre globalement, meme si l'hotel reste tres bon.

Chambre très mal éclairée. Ampoules de chevet très faibles dont une de grillée. Pas de chaine TV en français. On nous a fait payer 40 € pour laisser notre voiture une nuit sur leur parking dans la rue en bas de l'hotel. Ca ne vaut pas le prix.

Péssimo, o funcionário da recepção roubou o meu passaporte. Pegou o meu passaporte no quarto sem a minha autorização.

The hotel is dull throughout the building. Dark colours interior. The building looks lovely from the outside. But old and uncool on the inside. The was a strong ‘sewage’ smell in my room and I had a headache everyday. I didn’t complaint as the Italian service is usually very poor towards foreigners . I stayed quite and enjoyed the view - that’s all worth it … but having said that many others hotels have a great sea view too. It is overpriced for what it offers. There is not even a bar or room services in the offer; no fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast, the breakfast room has not sea view it is small and hasn’t got a relaxing atmosphere and what I really did not appreciate the most was when I was going to dinner at night and it was 300 metres from the hotel (1 minute driving) the hotel member offered a kind of personal taxi services to drive me at the extra cost of 50 euros … 1 minute driving to the Portofino splendid mare restaurant… I felt robed really ! I paid for it and he asked for another 50 euros to collect me back .. of course I have taken the bus and paid 5 euros for the journey … I felt extraordinary extorted! Never more.

Hotel is in a brilliant location . Fantastic views . We did hire a car , but not needed. Everything within walking distance and a regular bus & boat services to other parts of the area .Secure valet parking €40 per day . Hotel a little tired looking in parts but very clean . Hotel staff were fantastic , really took good care of us & made our trip very special . We would highly recommend .

Detta hotell blev för oss en oväntad pärla, inte minst på grund av den otroligt vänliga, roliga och serviceinriktade personalen, från reception till restaurangen. Som för övrigt serverade en alldeles utmärkt middag. När vi sen, efter frukost, men innan utcheckning hann ner till den romantiska stranden för lite sol och bad kändes det som en natt för alldeles för litet på det här stället.

Andrea and rhe front desk qere exceptionally helpful and friendly and professional; always happy to assiat with requwara ans great at securinf dinner bookings at ahort notice. Would recommend staying here as it has easy access to portofino centre and great sunbathing facilites with a very good reataurant.

Hotel antigo, falta reforma. Quartos com o chão sujo. Banheiro vergonhoso, apertado e pequeno, zero conforto.
