호텔 직원의 친절함에 감사드립니다:) 호텔의 청결도 위치 또한 너무 좋았습니다. 도보로 메인거리나 식당에 가기가 매우 쉬웠고 성당까지도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 가장 좋은건 남자직원이 매우 친절했다는 점 입니다. 그의 친절함은 내 여행을 매우 훌륭하게 만들어 주었습니다. 다음에 사라고사에 간다면 다시 방문할 예정입니다~

This hotel is located near the Pillar Zaragoza is small place you can enjoy with walking in my opinion. Guest of next room was a family with children, they made noise and I could hear it ...no good soundproof.. But I did not feel bad... children is same all over the world ...haha But I think hotel should consider it for honeymoon couple I traveled with my young brother so we had no problem.. :) When we lay on bed, we fell sleep within 10 sec...

The hotel’s location is very convenient and staff was very friendly. Unfortunately is not very clean and in need of major renovations. It was very dirty specially the carpets in our room

Estada muito gratificante, ficamos no quarto de frente e à vista era ótima. Quarto amplo limpo, cama, lençóis e toalhas de muito boa qualidade. O hotel é exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é perfeita para conhecer os pontos turísticos, compras e restaurantes.

Lovely staff. Very centrally located right at the top of the old part of town, which is definitely the place you want to be the whole time you are in Zaragoza. We love it here not fancy just great.

Todo perfecto como siempre

First of all, the staff were all fantastic and the location was centrally located. Unfortunately it was unbearably hot in my room, the hotel advertises having AC but it hadn’t been switched on for the season yet, despite being quite hot out. Outside was LOUD and I had to sleep with the window open because of the heat in the room. The volume from the street was WILDLY loud, the level of volume that you don’t only hear, but you also feel. I was there on a Thursday night and a Friday night. On Thursday people were yelling and partying right under my window until around 3:00 a.m., on Friday the parties were all night and still going on when I left at 7:00 a.m. it seemed to be mostly stag parties. Overall, it was a pretty miserable stay, but the staff were super nice, which was the only saving grace of the experience.

Exelent location, very basic room, the carpet was stained and in rough condition.

Hotel muy bien situado, a pocos metros de la plaza del Pilar.

Ótima localização, no centro de tudo, para compras, comer, atrações, de tudo. Ótimo atendimento, chekin e checkout rápido, camas muito boas, chuveiro bom. Estacionamento é publico com desconto (21,00 euros por dia) da uns 8min a pé, café 13 euros (na achei que vale a pena, poucas opções)

Chambre impeccable, personnel très gentil et à l'écoute, de bon conseil

Dirty, old carpet in room. Outdated fixtures. Excellent location, good price. Worth staying in spite of the above.
